We are building a new home and were referred to Paneltown by our flooring subcontractor to narrow down our options. Jim asked if I needed any help & was a wealth of information - very professional and courteous, answered all my questions without making me feel like he was actually trying to "sell" me anything. Not only explained differences in species & grade, but gave me a few samples from the warehouse to take home. They have an outstanding selection and many samples installed on the floor which really helped me narrow things down.So glad this is whom my subcontractor is going to use! more

Tom Craig was helpful by quickly narrowing down what we needed and wanted. He greeted as we entered the store, showed us options, offered us samples, gave us his card with product info on the back,and directions to your warehouse. A very favorable experience of your store. This impression started at the home show with a fabulous display and knowledgeable staff. Our warehouse worker was very helpful retrieving the sample and giving us a heads up on low stock. Our family has been in the process of designing and building a custom home near the river. It's a unique spot and we've had many questions along the way. Our builder, Aaron Williams, referred us to your employee, Doug. My first meeting with Doug was in March. I learned a vast amount about wood floors and left that discussion feeling as if I had a good handle on the type, grade, and width of wood for our home. Since then, I've researched various finishes and the project has progressed to the point of framing. Today we visited Doug with some followup questions about Rubio Moncoat - a product I found on Houzz and that Panel Town did not carry when we visited in March. Doug helped us understand the pros and cons for our project. Again, he was a fountain of knowledge. My husband, Jeff, and I would just like you to know that we very much appreciate Doug's assistance. more

We had a great experience with this company. Being overwhelmed with so many choices of hardwood we decided to make a trip to panel town floor. Dave H after listening to our needs took us through the many options we have. From unfinished wood to prefinish wood he explained in detail what we needed to know. . . Pros and cons. The shopfloor was well organized which makes it easier for us to compare textures and colors and shades. Dave was both professional and extremely patient. We were there for over an hour. There was no pressure to buy. We left with samples will be back to get our flooring from them. more

Wow! What an awesome experience we had with Panel Town! Desiring to lay hard wood flooring, we went to Panel Town as a recommendation from a friend in the flooring business. The store itself had several examples of various flooring. Initially, we worked with the owner Homdy, who was very knowledgeable and patient with my numerous questions. I must have gone to the store three times, taken home several samples and talked with several employees numerous times before we even made the purchase. Trust me, I even called around to at least 4 other stores and Panel Town's prices were by far the best prices. We didn't need to shop anywhere else! We decided to do a complete make over with new flooring, white trim (thanks to Homdy's suggestion), new doors, new casing and new vents. All of which (other than the doors) were purchased thru the store. The quality of the products was amazing. I also worked with Tom along the way. He was courteous and professional as well. Though Panel Town does not install the flooring, they recommended an installer, Jim McCool with McCool Floors. The installers were meticulous in their work, professional and prompt. Though the project went smoothly, we had a small measuring error along the way (completely our fault) and Homdy went above and beyond what I expected to correct the mistake. Even the delivery guy, Jim, was pleasant and professional. I'm telling you, they are all wonderful employees! We are so pleased with our new flooring. We purchased the Bella Cera Hickory hand scraped solid hardwood. It's just beautiful! Thanks Panel Town! more

Mr. Soliman- I wanted to take a minute to thank you kindly for your effort in resolving the matter of my hardwood floor. My wife and I will be moving this upcoming Sunday to our new home and, with that in mind, you realized the urgency in getting the proper floor selected for my home and were able to have the first order cancelled and the new one delivered, all in the same day. I had my doubts before I came to you with my complaint. The new floor is impeccable and is being installed as I write this note to you. The service was courteous and friendly and I was extremely pleased with the help they gave If I need any laminate or flooring of any type they will be the first place I will go. Friendly. Great products to see! The staff is knowledgable and helpful. I went to see product for my kitchen floor (not a huge project) but they treated me like I was important as a builder. REally fun trip! I can't wait to buy my kitchen flooring there!! more
