Wow! What an awesome experience we had with Panel Town! Desiring to lay hard wood flooring, we went to Panel Town as a recommendation from a friend in the flooring business. The store itself had several examples of various flooring. Initially, we worked with the owner Homdy, who was very knowledgeable and patient with my numerous questions. I must have gone to the store three times, taken home several samples and talked with several employees numerous times before we even made the purchase. Trust me, I even called around to at least 4 other stores and Panel Town's prices were by far the best prices. We didn't need to shop anywhere else! We decided to do a complete make over with new flooring, white trim (thanks to Homdy's suggestion), new doors, new casing and new vents. All of which (other than the doors) were purchased thru the store. The quality of the products was amazing. I also worked with Tom along the way. He was courteous and professional as well. Though Panel Town does not install the flooring, they recommended an installer, Jim McCool with McCool Floors. The installers were meticulous in their work, professional and prompt. Though the project went smoothly, we had a small measuring error along the way (completely our fault) and Homdy went above and beyond what I expected to correct the mistake. Even the delivery guy, Jim, was pleasant and professional. I'm telling you, they are all wonderful employees! We are so pleased with our new flooring. We purchased the Bella Cera Hickory hand scraped solid hardwood. It's just beautiful! Thanks Panel Town!
