Mr. Soliman- I wanted to take a minute to thank you kindly for your effort in resolving the matter of my hardwood floor. My wife and I will be moving this upcoming Sunday to our new home and, with that in mind, you realized the urgency in getting the proper floor selected for my home and were able to have the first order cancelled and the new one delivered, all in the same day. I had my doubts before I came to you with my complaint. The new floor is impeccable and is being installed as I write this note to you.
