After calling Panda Windows & Doors we fell in love, not only with with there unique and custom products but with the staff and amount of help and information we recieved. Panda was willing to created our dream lift n slide doors to fit our home and personality. The proccess was surprisingly in a timley manner . Panda Windows & Doors \r 3415 Bellington Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89030\r \r We searched everywhere for a single vendor who could provide ALL the glazing for our Healdsburg house\r - Lift & Slides (great for indoor/outdoor application where you want to minimize the track on the floor) - Fleetwood was the alternative, but they don't do windows!\r - Pocketing sliders -\r - French doors (these doors are absolutely GORGEOUS!)\r - ""Tilt & Turn"" windows - ala European windows that both tilt out for fresh air but also open like casement windows for egress)\r - Multi-panel folding doors (ala NanaWall, but monstrous panel sizes that Nana couldn't handle)\r - and all the different types of windows - awnings, casements, etc. - the quality of Blomberg, but again, designed to integrate with all the rest of their products.\r \r Speaking of windows, Panda was also the only vendor that had a commercial ""storefront"" style ype window profile that allowed us to maintain the contemporary lines of the house with a 4"" wide, thick/massive profile (necessary for the scale of our floor-to-ceiling windows), yet gain all the benefits of a thermally broken system designed to meet / exceed Title 24 requirements.\r \r In a couple of cases, Panda customized their product specifically to our requirements. For example, their folding doors had typically been made of an extrusion with a bit of a ""curve"" to the profile. We wanted only crisp / linear lines so they custom made a brand new extrusion for our folding doors with all the same benefits & details of their previous product. They also re-engineered their track system, including sourcing a major new piece of hardware from Germany, just to allow us to achieve our goal of oversized panels for the folding door system. Each of the panels in our folding door system are 5' wide and 9.5' tall. The biggest panel that Nana can do is 3' wide....\r \r I can't say enough good things about their service... I am very satisfied with the work that Panda Windows and Doors offers. I built a house in Pam Springs Las Vegas and I ordered all of my windows and doors from Panda. I recieved the products in about five weeks. Everything looked great from the begining. I very happy with my decision. I went to see their work at the Wynn Hotel, as well as their show room. I saw all of the many different projects they had completed in the past. I was also given the opportunity to see how their workeforce builds each product. I was and still am very happy with the product. Everything runs smoothely, the windows look flawless, and I highly recommend using Panda. TRUST me I did lots of research regarding their products and other companie's products and nothing came close to Panda. I spent lots of money on these products and I am very pleased. The best value in the luxery Lift & Slide world with high class customer service to match. Made in the USA and backed by an astounding 10 year warranty! We install these products and would recommend that you select Panda over the chinese made competition. Precision is critical with ordering and installation, so if you have a sloppy contractor please fire him, replace him, then proceed with your Panda order!! After paying nearly $40,000 dollars for windows and doors from Panda Windows and Doors, I have decided that purchasing with Panda Windows and Doors was the worst business mistake I have ever made. The doors had no explanation on how to install, the salesperson made it sound so easy, but it was an absolute nightmare! The paint/powercoat had bubbles in several places. The solution I was told was to use spray paint! $40k for spray paint!?! The owner NEVER returned any of my calls. The nonexistent customer service department, which I was told would solve any problems did not even exist. The only solution for me to handle this problem is to take this business to court. My recommendation: Stay away. Buyer beware. If you want a major headache, just give them a call. Absolutely awful experience and problem is still not resolved 9 months later! I ordered these doors after seeing them at the International builders show in Orlando. At the show they worked perfectly and looked great. When the doors were shipped we could not install them because several pieces were missing, the tracks were incorrect the handles were falling off, parts and pieces were the wrong size and the list goes on. Panda took forever to resend the correct parts. Once the doors were finally installed they were difficult to operate, the paint started peeling off the track and the door locks kept falling out. I got absolutely no help and direction from Panda or their installers and I am still trying to figure out how to get these doors to operate smoothly. more

I went to Panda Windows and Doors to see the outfit. The owner was rude, careless, and extremely arrogant. The windows were not operational. I asked for a bid. Never got it. The paint was coming off the metal of the doors. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! more
