After paying nearly $40,000 dollars for windows and doors from Panda Windows and Doors, I have decided that purchasing with Panda Windows and Doors was the worst business mistake I have ever made. The doors had no explanation on how to install, the salesperson made it sound so easy, but it was an absolute nightmare! The paint/powercoat had bubbles in several places. The solution I was told was to use spray paint! $40k for spray paint!?! The owner NEVER returned any of my calls. The nonexistent customer service department, which I was told would solve any problems did not even exist. The only solution for me to handle this problem is to take this business to court. My recommendation: Stay away. Buyer beware. If you want a major headache, just give them a call. Absolutely awful experience and problem is still not resolved 9 months later!
