Good: The staff were nice. The Dr's were also nice, seemed intelligent and caring.. Bad: The front desk seems unorganized, information regarding my pet was difficult to retrieve and collaborate upon between staff?
I rely on them to tell me what I need done for my pet. They should be asking me the questions?
Everytime I go there some detail gets missed?
I have had my pet there several times in one month and why everything that needed to be done was not nor was I informed about what needed to be done was not told to me?
My time is precious to me as is my pet, I am paying for a service. Improvements: I'd like to see a list, hardcopy of what my pet(s) needs are on an annual basis, and by what time frame to be accomplished.
I want to see detail about the service and price so that I can understand it, schedule it, and plan it into my budget.. Other: Upon hearing that I needed to get my pet another service that I was unaware of, which was so simple that it could have been done on either of the last two visits within a three week timeframe, I was upset however the staff maintained their professionalism.
However, continuing to be exposed to the lack of service detail for me and my pet has to change as I am considering a new Clinic at this time..
