Finally found an office to be happy with 1/24/2011

I finally found a vet's office that I can be happy with! The people here are very friendly and helpful, and I didn't have too long of a wait for my appointment. I do wish that there was some kind of barrier to keep the cats separate from the dogs, as my cat was getting very stressed, but with the short wait time, my kitty didn't have to be stressed out for too long. more

Your kindness will never be forgotten 12/30/2010

This is a note of extreme appreciation for caring for one pet feret. Because we were not prepared for the cost of such an invasive surgery that he needed, and did not want to put him down, Dr. Ramos was very kind & compassionate & offered to do the work probono and find a suitable home for him if if he survived. Dr. Ramos stayed in touch with us and let us know that he came through with flying colors and was in fact adopted by another person at your practice. Your kindness will never be forgotten by our family. more

We would like to thank all of you for taking such good care of Harley over the years. I know everyone thought he was fierce but he was only a big scarty cat. We would especially like to thank Dr. Amy Ricasto and Brent since you usually saw him the most. Dr. Kayor I wish you could have met Harley under different circumstances. Thank you all. I want to thank you for everything you have done for us and mainly for Digby. Our entire family is so relieved that you gave us a second option, other than putting him down. It’s a huge impact on us not having him here anymore but we feel hopeful that he survived the surgery that you offered with another doctor. We know now for future references just incase we decided to get another ferret. more

Caring staff 8/31/2010

Caring staff - very professional. Convienent location for those in Colonial Park area. Will board pets - may take them to their Palmyra facility. There's a number of vets at the office. Love the paw print wallpaper. The waiting area is nice, and the desk staff has always been amazing will us and our dog. They send you reminder postcards for vaccinations and needed tests, too. more

My compliments 7/22/2010

My compliments to you on one of your Dr.s and the way she handles both pets and customers. I had our dog Murphy on June 15 for her annual shots and as usual I requested Dr. Barbara Ramos. Rivera. Dr. Rivera is so kind and patient and takes time to examine and not rush us through Murphys appointment. I appreciate that so very much more

Older Diog 7/18/2010

My first visit was on Saturday for the clinic.I have a 13 1/2 yr German Shepherd and a Weimeriner. The staff was absolutely terrifc and caring in all the craziness. I will be coming back for grooming and other services they have. My animals were made comfortable and that means alot. An offer was made to help me to the car also. Now thats service you never see or hear about anymore. Thank you. Just wanted to share "our" great experience. more

our pug maximus was brought in after a school bus hit him. Thank you for the good quick care you gave him. After being transported to your other clinic, max fought for 5 days. We have never had a bad experience. All the doctos have been awesome! Extremely knowledgable and the techs are always pleasant & helpful as well. I would recommend and have Colonial Park Animal Clinic to anyone. Tracy E.? more

19 years 5/27/2010

Ive been bringing my boys to CPAC for almost 19 years. The level of care is unparalleded. My goldens get excited when we pull into the parking lot. That tells me everything I need to know about the care & commitment given to my furry companions. I highly recommend CPAC, PAC, SSAC every chance I get. Vicki B.? more

You guys have been awesome to my family over the past 19 years. I would trust no other clinic with the health of my pets. Thank you! As you are aware, I am now a foster parent with Castaway Critters. Again I would not trust the health of my fosters to any other clinic. CC is non-profit organization and has asked fosters to keep vet cost down. They have given us a list of vet to go to. You guys have made it possible for me to bring these animals to my clinic. Thank you so much for taking care of my fosters at a discount. You truly stand up for the welfare of the animal and not the almighty dollar! Thanks again for being there. Marca D.? more

Thank you for taking such good care of me while I spent the day with you. I am feeling so much better and I look better too. Thank you for stitching me up. I enjoyed being "queen for the day"- all day pampering, bubble bath, hair trim and a pedicure. I feel beautiful. Gee, after so much nice attention, I am ready to return to a challenging job of caring for and raising my pups.
