Dr. Clements is the most wonderful person in the world!!! He not only takes great care of my 6 kitties when they come in for boosters or to have their teeth clean, he will take in any stray kitty that I cannot find a home for and takesover the job of finding a home for the baby!! I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE WITH MY BABIES!!! more

On a Saturday, answering service stated a call back in 10 min it was less than 6. We told her our issue and told us to bring my cat in to the office now. Within minutes he was seen by the doctor. Although we had to leave him...we know he's in the best care. I love the way their office looks and the reception it gives as you come in. I think I will bring my 3 cats in to Palmyra instead of using the mobile vet. They are only mobile and don't do a darn thing about emergencies. more

I have used this clinic since 1990 for cat care, and have found the doctors and staff to be purrrrrrfect! Expert treatment and compassionate care for pets AND owners! more

Very happy with this vet. Wait can get long, but they have overseen two major surgeries in one dog (knee repairs) without a hitch. more

I've taken my pets to Colonial Park Animal Clinic for several years. I've had the pleasure of several vets thru various visits for my dogs and cats. They are all excellent caregivers. The most recent visits were with Dr. Ramos. She is a very kind and considerate vet. The only negative thing I can make note of is I think she is over worked. Probably because so many people request her. I believe she is very driven by her compasion for animals. Dr. Clemens has had what I thinnk is a very sucessful practice. The waiting room is almost always full when I have to take my pet there. more

I have four dogs and take them all to this clinic. I am satisfied with their service and their prices. I have been with the clinic for three years and have no problems. more

I recently left my current vet of almost 15 years. I am very forgiving and can look the other way most times but something happened recently that I can no longer go there so I moved all my dogs and cats (and I have plenty) to Colonial Park Animal clinic. I have been here before for emergencies and for my reptiles so I was already a bit familiar with them. I have not had any problems and also never had any problems with Dr Ruby. In fact, Dr Ruby was the Dr that had to put to sleep our 20 year old cat and he was very sympathetic and compassionate. Every Dr. I delt with has been very nice and thourough. They do get busy and the wait times seem excessive sometimes and parking can be limited (but plenty of parking across the rd) but overall I am very happy with the clinic. The office staff is also nice and helpful. Price wise they are about the same as any other place but they do have all of the latest technology etc. So far so good...no complaints. more

We've been to this Vet twice and have been happy with them. Little Anonomous had troubles with his paws and needed to see the vet. They were able to get him in right away. We were happy with our doc, whom we dubbed Doggie Howser due to his youthful looks, (lucky) We like the no choke chain policy. Also, Little Anonomous pooped in the yard and they insisted that they would clean it. Never before have we left a poop unbagged. more

The reason we chose this vet was because it was just up the road form us. I can honestly say that i am not disappointed in them. The few times we have been there the staff has been very friendly. They treat the animals well, which of course is a big plus. From what i have heard form other people, the prices do not seem to be too bad. more

Very satisfied with this vet. I actually don't live in the area, but my mom does so I wanted to have my dog registered here just in case he got sick while I was visiting. Well, turns out he did get sick last week and 2 vets where I live misdiagnosed him. Dr. Kauffman was able to give him the meds he needed and was able to figure out what was wrong. While it was not serious, it was still something that needed vet attention and she was able to help! I will keep this vet! more

I adore all of the doctors and people at Colonial Park Animal Clinic. I especially adore Dr. Ramos. She has been loving, supportive, compassionate, and warm to me and all my animals. I have never met a human being like her. I am stunned at the comments that were made about her and I can only say that is not the Dr. Ramos I have ever known. She would walk through fire for her patients and I am well aware of her doing just about that. I would trust her with my life. more

I take all my pets to Colonial Park Animal Clinic. The only problem I have with them is having to pay the bill in full however, I choose to continue to take my animals there because I'm satisfied with the great care I have experienced with them and the friendly staff. If you're not satisfied with them you have the choice to shop around and find another vet to take your animals to. Having animals is just like having children. They both cost money. Pet insurance is now available to help pay expensive vet visits. more

I have taken all my animals to this practice for 15+ years. Over the years, I have had dogs and a guinea pig. My experiences with these doctors have always been wonderful. They have always treated my pets as if they were their own. I could not be more satisfied. I would not take my pets anywhere else. more

Dr. Clements handled the situation with our very, very sick cat beautifully. He diagnosed his likely lymphoma virtually before he took the bloodtest. He told us all the options without pushing one or another too hard. He discussed the odds of his surviving the exploratory surgery and he called us personally to tell us the cancer matasticized to the liver. He agreed to try chemotherapy to see if it would help the symptoms when we were not yet ready to lose our cat and he spoke to us personally over the two months of treatment and helped us let our cat go when it was time. What more could you want? more

Dr Clements and all his staff have seen all 3 of my Keeshonds since they were puppies. I have never had a bad insident. My first Keeshound I purchased had a runny nose. Dr Clements personally took him home with him and nursed him back to health. I had another insident where my keeshound chewed on a stick which made him very sick. It was very late and I called the hot line and they opened the office right away and made him better. Dr Clements also called the next morning to see how my keeshond was feeling. My second Keeshond had been attacked by my next door neighbors dos. I calle dthe Colonial Park animal clinin and they said bring him in right away. When I got there they rushed him right away. My 3rd Keeshond has eaten something that was killing him. Dr Clements and his staff worked on him for 3 weeks and would not give up no matter what. Some of you people have bad feeling about him and his staff. I have the utmost respect for him and all his staff for what they all have done for me and my boys.I have had to put down all of my boys because of old age and other health issues. I have recently had to put down my last keeshond and most of you know that is the hardest thing anyone ever has to do. The staff at Colonial Park Animal hospital have been very consoling about our feelings and have even sent a letter on each one I have had to do this to stating how bad they feel for our sorrows. If I ever do get another dog, They will be the first and only people that will ever work on my animals. more

I have a friend who has been taking his 2 dogs here for the past 3 years and they are the greatest vet around. They are not like people say and since I just got a dog I am taking my dog there also. i don't get why people blame the vet for the animal dying. Its not the vets fault. Its like a human dying on the operating table at the hospital, now is it the Dr's fault?? This is a dang good vet service. I really enjoy going there and the people are wonderful! more

I have a 6 year old Great Dane that has two discs that are overlapping. My regular vet wanted to do surgery. I found out about Dr. Ramos from another vet that recommended her for accupuncture. Gracie was having difficulty walking, climbing stairs and getting in and out of the car. From the first treatment Gracie has been able to do all the above with much less pain. Dr. Ramos has given Gracie her mobility back. Gracie may have to have surgery some day but until then Gracie is enjoying her life mostly pain free. I would definately recommend Dr. Ramos, she is caring and professional. more

I like Dr. Clements and do not want anyone else touching my dog unless it is an emergency and Clements is not available. more

I took my one year old Malamute in to get spayed. I was very nervous, but Heather went through everything thoroughly with me. I got her back that day. She healed up very nicely and I could not be any happier with their professionalism and care! more

Ripley LOVES Dr. Haan's bedside manner...she gives him kisses on his chin every time she's seen him so far. more
