This is by far the best auto glass shop I have ever been to in my 16 years of driving. These guys have been in the business for over 30 years because they're the best at what they do. I've spent several days doing the research and Palais had the most competitive prices, highest customer ratings, and quickest reported service. I went in with high expectations and was not disappointed. These guys are incredibly honest, friendly, and hard-working. My Jeep Wrangler's new windshield is perfect and I am extremely grateful to Sal and all of the guys at Palais. Amazing customer service for the price. Best price I found after calling 5-7 auto glass repair services. Less than $125!! So I had my Hertz rental car broken into recently. The thief broke the passenger side rear window, and after calling around and finding nothing less than $200, I found Palais glass in Brooklyn. They not only had the best prices, but I'm certain the best customer service as well. I called in the morning and told Sal exactly what the rental car make and model was, and he then said to come by at 2pm and he'd have it installed in less than a half hour. It started to rain just before I arrived, and not only did they have all the broken glass vacuumed from the car and window replaced and working properly, but they used dry towels to absorb the moisture in the rear seat and to wipe down the door and their fingerprints from the glass. I would highly recommend them for window glass and side mirror replacements. They offer many other auto repair stuff, so just call them with whatever you need and they should be able to help or will refer you to someone who can. Good luck! more

I googled ""Auto Glass Repair, Brooklyn"", when someone bashed in my Ford Ranger quarter glass window, and after reading reviews, called a few places...from the customer service I received over the phone, I decided to go with Palais. Good choice. The service was prompt, friendly, well priced, without that feeling that many auto places give where I feel they're trying to pull a one over on me or sales pressure me because I'm a woman. They found me a used window, saving me a good bit. Sal, the owner, seems like a real straight shooter, with an entertaining personality to boot, and the other guys who did most the installing were really sweet. Called a different glass place in Brooklyn and got a high pressure, dishonest sales schpeel (they inflate the price and then pretend they're giving me a huge discount) before calling Palais. They gave me a much lower quote right off the bat; no pressure, no B.S. Took my car in that day and had it fixed promptly. Some idiot threw a piece of cement through my Jeep's driver-side front window early this morning. After work, I called around and came across Palais Glass (which is really close to where I live). They were able to fit me in immediately and my window was replaced in about 30 minutes. They vacuumed the shattered glass also. Phenomenal service! It's bad enough that you may have damaged your windshield, but getting a replacement may be worse. But fortunately, thanks to Palais Glass, this unfortunate incident is made easier. This shop has been around for a long time on Atlantic & Grand Avenues in Brooklyn. The owner is a very nice man, who isn't motivated by greed (who can say that nowadays?!?!?!) I came in on a busy Saturday and was out of there in 2 short hours!! Installation was quick but very well done. Very professional. Price was waaaay lower than I expected. Everyone who was ahead of me was very pleased with their service and couldnt thank him enough.
