It's bad enough that you may have damaged your windshield, but getting a replacement may be worse. But fortunately, thanks to Palais Glass, this unfortunate incident is made easier. This shop has been around for a long time on Atlantic & Grand Avenues in Brooklyn. The owner is a very nice man, who isn't motivated by greed (who can say that nowadays?!?!?!) I came in on a busy Saturday and was out of there in 2 short hours!! Installation was quick but very well done. Very professional. Price was waaaay lower than I expected. Everyone who was ahead of me was very pleased with their service and couldnt thank him enough.
Pros: Nice staff; very reasonable prices; quick, efficient service
Cons: many people waiting for service
