Good pizza - Pagliacci only available in the Pacific Northwest! 2/1/2009

It's always so busy when I go there!! Nevertheless, pizza is always in its best shape - all the time. It's perfectly cooked in the oven at the right texture. The pear salad is also a wonderful complement to the pizza, and at Pagliacci the food is big enough for a family of four to share. I do love family style dinners. The calzone is also great, as well as gelato as a dessert option. I wish I could spin thin pizzas like the people can in the kitchen. Such talent and dedication. more

Pathetic Experience 11/25/2008

The entire experience at this restaurant was awful from the service to the pizza. The crust was wet from the grease. The cheese was almost non existant. I have never had Italian Sausage that tasted as bad as what was served on our pizza. The pizza at Overlake Hospital is better than Pagliacci. Don't put this on your list of restaurants to visit. Try the pizza at Overlake Hospital on the lower level. Sorry for the bad review but your entitled to it and deserve it. Pros: Convenient to the parking garage. Cons: The pizza , the service. more

AMMMAZINGPIZZA 10/15/2008

I've been getting your pizza for so long now and loving it everytime. I figured i would let you all know that i'm not ever going to stop my visits. Thank you for amazingness. Pros: HOTTT more

Great Spot! 8/25/2008

The only problem with this Pagliacci Pizza location is that they do not serve slices. I will say though that Pagliacci Pizza Bellevue Square is the tastiest dining option of all Bellevue Square or Lincoln Square dining options available in the downtown Bellevue area. Great service - everyone is happy and attentive. Great food - the best pizza in ""Seattle"" and the Puget Sound. (just voted Best Pizza of all time by The Seattle Weekly). Easy parking. We ""pick up"" occasionally as well which is very easy to do at this location: just wait in your car at the concourse below the Pagliacci Pizza in Bellevue and someone brings you your pizza. Best salads in Bellevue hands down, for the price. Great value all around. A two story location with nice views of downtown Bellevue and West Bellevue. Fun place. Great food. Strongly recommend Bellevue Pagliacci Pizza Pros: Food, service, convenience, atmosphere Cons: I wish they would serve slices... more

Over Rated 7/17/2008

I went to this pizzeria upon a recommendation. It was really quite bland. The atmosphere was good, but the food left a lot to be desired. more

Great Pizza - Kid Friendly or Casual Date Right 7/10/2008

Other than missing the old bread sticks with a passion, we love this restaurant. The pizza is great and the ambiance/staff stand the test of 2 year old twins very well! It also works for a date night, if we ever get the chance!\r \r Prices are fair, seating is comfortable, and the noise level is just right.\r \r Location is perfect, parking is ample and free! Pros: food, atmosphere, parking Cons: not much space when you are waiting for a table more

So, so... 3/27/2008

Food is OK, but place needs to be cleaned and updated...But it will do if you are there just to get a quick meal. more

where do I start!!! 12/2/2007

I called the # for a Bellevue Pagliacci ( found on their website ), the one that is supposedly located on BelRed Rd. The # that was listed under that location was 425-453-1717. I do not live in Bellevue and am not fimiliar with the area. I however know where the Bellevue Mall is located, and specifically tried to find a location that is outside of the downtown area, as it was rush hour and Christmas shoppers. I then went on Mapquest to get directions and got the address for the BellRed location. After placing my order,I called them back to ask about parking and they gave me directions to a pick up area. I didn't think anything about it until I started to drive there, I realized the directions they gave me didn't fit the area I was driving. They told me that they were located close to Crate & Barrel, but no one told me I had to go to Bell Square in the first place. So I called again and got brand new directions. After I arrived at the parking garage and went to the vallet area as told, I looked for the sign that was supposed to be in good view from the vallet. I parked. At this point I'm mad because of the whole driving thing, it made my mood sour and now I don't see the sign. I call the 425-453-1717 # again to see if I'm in the right spot and they said that they would send someone to find me.. but no one came. I waited until the Valet guy was not busy. I didn't want to drive around in circles, so I asked him for help and he pointed me in the right direction. Guess what ? It's right around the corner. Now I'm running 30 min late to get back to work. I pulled up in the pick up area. There was a guy waiting. I asked him how long he had been, and it was10 min. Someone came out, I gave my card and asked to bring out my order, but when they returned, they didn't even have a pen to sign . I coudn't wait. I left to go back to work. Only to call and have the receipt faxed over. I will never order from there again, too much hassle. I love Domino's, and they deliver !!! Pros: Can't think of anything nice to say Cons: parking is horrible more

Didn't live up it it's reputation 7/13/2007

I've heard a lot about Pagliacci, but it's pizza fell a bit short for me. I ordered a Chicken Primo, and it's taste was very much on the sour side, with lots of balsamic vinegar and pickled artichoke heart flavor. These are things I usually like, but without anything to counteract it, it made a bad pizza. One thing that could have improved it would be to substitute the ricotta for feta, but as it was, just sour and bland. Could be that I made a bad choice, but I'd expect everything on the menu to be good. I'll give it a second chance. more

THEY DO NOT DELIVER TO DOWNTOWN BELLEVE! 7/1/2007

This is sooo ridiculous - they have a store a mile away, and they do not have delivery covering this area! And were kind of rude about it! So if you happen to be ill and need to feed your kids, guess you'll have to call Garlic Jims! more

Great 10/2/2006

Great food, great service. It can get pretty busy on the weekends. You are looking at about an hour wait but you can just walk around the mall for a bit. The food is well worth the wait. Great seasonal pies and wine selection. Pros: Great Pizza and Salads, Wonderful lunch specials Cons: Weekend nights are a long wait but the food is worth it. more

Awesome, though a little pricy 5/6/2006

Everytime I come here, I order the chicken spinach pizza, and it is unbelievable, some of the best pizza that I have ever had. A medium is plenty for 2 people. Dinner for 2 for less than $20 (not including drinks) seems like an ok deal. Pros: pizza, service Cons: slow athmosphere more

Best Pizza ever! 4/6/2005

I love this restaurant - they serve amazing pizza and the service is incredible. I highly recommend their salad - it's a signature item on their menu. Pagliacci never disappoints. more

No bang for the buck 8/17/2004

Crust is an important part of the pizza, in my book. It's the foundation of a good pizza, or in the case of Pagliacci, the foundation of their problems. Bland, almost tasteless, and (more often then not) burnt. The sauce is unremarkable - you could find comparable in your local Safeway. Honestly folks, for what they charge, you should expect more. For $20 I could make a better pizza by hand. However, for those of us with less ambition, Pizza Hut or Dominoes will stay reign supreme, dollar for dollar. more

Perfectly Pungent Pizza 1/11/2003

Wonderful pizza. Fun atmosphere. Friendly service. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it every once in awhile. Pros: At the mall Cons: At the mall more

Less like Pags, more like CPK 12/31/2002

The whole appeal of Pags is it's a place where you can get a slice and side of salad. Turning it into a fancy sit-down joint with a bunch of gourmet pizza like CPK means Pags is just like--CPK. The food and service is good, but instead of being an inexpensive quick meal, now it costs more and takes longer. Pros: Lots of choices Cons: No pizza by the slice more

Where's the slices? 11/21/2002

I was disappointed during my first (and, so far, only) visit to the Bellevue Pagliacci to find that they do NOT serve individual slices--something I considered to be a mainstay in their business. Yes, if I wanted to gorge myself during lunch and eat an entire pizza, then this Pagliacci would be my first choice. That's not likely to happen in the near future. Also, the space is cramped and feels oddly uncomfortable. I was eager to leave. Pros: The pizza, veggie lasagna Cons: no slices, cramped, too many strollers more
