Ken Goodwin has been really great, he worked to get me a lower premium with the same insurance company, just by asking the right questions to understand my situation. My previous broker of 20 years didn't bother to try to find ways to lower my premium. He explained all changes to the policy thoroughly so that I understood how they would affect me in the event of an accident. Ken went above and beyond following up with calls to the insurance carrier to refund my recent premium payment asap. I would refer anyone I know to him. Thanks Ken! more

they took care of us after we got screwed by nationwide. who said nationwide is on your side needs to get a clue and work with these guys. not only saved us money but they have good advice when I was dealing with the jerks at my prior company on a hit and run accident. thanks pacific more

We were with Farmers Insurance for over 20 years. Ken @ Pacific Preferred Insurance gave me a free quote. We are saving over $700.00 dollars a year. We are very happy we called Ken. He is very professional, honest , & he's saving us $ with better coverage. Ask Ken how to Fight your traffic ticket for free they really do go the extra mile. I was recommended to PPI when I called State Farm looking for SR-22 insurance on my car (State Farm sent me to Ken). I got in touch with Ken and after talking with him turned out I didn't even need the SR-22. He was a tremendous help in getting me back on the road with the proper coverage at a great rate. So much so my girlfriend called him up and switched her insurance after Ken found her the same coverage at a lower rate, and now we have our renter's insurance with PPI as-well. For someone who doesn't know a lot about, or wants to take the time to research all the rates and plans PPI is invaluable. So glad I found PPI and I recommend Ken to anyone looking for home/auto insurance. more

Moved to Oxnard, California from Arizona last year and was told by a co-worker that Ken at Pacific Preferred Insurance was able to save her money on her auto insurance. I had always used GEICO but thought it was worth a shot. Called Ken and found him to be very friendly and helpful. He actually explained in detail the different coverages and broke it down to simple terms that anyone could understand. He also showed me that by getting renters insurance with my auto it would end up costing me no more in premium due to the discount. I have sent over two friends since signing up with him and they both made the switch as well. Will continue to recommend to all. more
