Ken Goodwin has been really great, he worked to get me a lower premium with the same insurance company, just by asking the right questions to understand my situation. My previous broker of 20 years didn't bother to try to find ways to lower my premium. He explained all changes to the policy thoroughly so that I understood how they would affect me in the event of an accident. Ken went above and beyond following up with calls to the insurance carrier to refund my recent premium payment asap. I would refer anyone I know to him. Thanks Ken!
