My name is Peter, and several weeks ago, your company installed a new paving stone driveway at my house. I tried to call you, and we played phone-tag for a while. Now I'll just send you an e-mail. I just wanted to tell you how completely satisfied I am with the work. From the design, planning, and bidding phase with Mike through the scheduling with Trish, who moved up our job, to the execution of the work by your crew, your company performed efficiently and responsively. I now have a beautiful driveway which should last a good, long time. In fact, when the driveway was just finished, my mailman yelled to me from his passing truck, "YOUR DRIVEWAY LOOKS GREAT!!!" Pacific removed all of the concrete including the driveway, front walkway, and patio at my home and replaced it with paving stones. When I contacted Pacific online a representative called me the same day and set up an appointment for the following day. Chris, the sales rep, was very courteous and helpful in explaining about the whole process. He even left me a DVD that took me through the whole process so that I could understand what was happening. We set a date to start. Chip and his crew began work and were stopped by the City. I came to understand that Downey is one tough city to get work approved in. With the help of Marty and Chip we worked our way through all of the paper work required by the City. Marty was there to hold my hand and encourage me as this went on, Chip assured me that the job would be made a priority as soon as we had the proper permits. When we got everything cleared up Chip and Gary's crew began work. The guys were very hard working and kept the work site clean. Their commitment to craftsmanship was amazing. The final result is beautiful. I highly recommend this company! Trust them, they're the best! I am gazing out the window at my new patio and I just love it. more

The work was done very efficiently with well experienced crews. Workers were plesent to deal with and respected the jobsite. Better attention to Lien and Labor Releases is needed at the time of payment request. Follow up repairs & maintenance visits need paperwork backup for the owners records, as an invoice does not describe the work performed. more

Just about 100% as to product & service. Sad we have noticed some patio stones are popping up within the first year after installation. Eventually as funds one day become available we look forward to doing our driveway, at that time we know a courtesy will be afforded us. more

We decided to spend the night in Buelton in order to drive into LA with daylight. A smart decision; it's a beatiful drive. Buelton itself has not much to offer but this hotel (that has obviously been recently remodeled) is not luxurious but very nice and clean and you can get a good night of sleep.The service is extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel. more
