This is the best place to refi in HB!! 12/5/2011

Me and my wife went through these guys to not only purchase our first home but we also went back to them to later refi and thye asked us if we minded writing a review of our experience for them. We were glad to help out, they treated us so well, and made us feel comfortable about the entire process. We cannot be happier, we are now able to start a life and a family in our great new home that has an even greater new loan. They gave us incredible service and also they just flat out gave us the lowest rates that we found anywhere. We had compared a few other places just to be extra sure, they even suggested that we look around but they definitely had the best deal. Really, we just loved the attitudes of the workers there and feel alot like family after working with them over the past 2 years! We suggest that you tell your friends and family to check out Pacific 1 Lending they are super great:) more

My family did a reverse mortgage for our dear godparents who were absolutelyu lost when it comes to refinancing and home mortgages info'''' so we helped them out a great deal through the magic of pacific ONE lending'''' what started out as a refi ended up being the best thing we could have ever done to help these wonderful friends of ours'''' the reverse mortgage is allowing them to enjoy their hard earned old age and they are just happier than ever '''' We are so grateful for the chance that we got to help our friends with the aid od Pacific One Lending's service to us :) more

My wife and I wanted to refi our home to help us pay off the loan for our benefit and also the benefit of our children...who will one day inherit the house. We had called a few places to check their prices and knowledge. This place seemed to be the best overall to get the job done. After getting all the paper work done which took what felt like forever..the process was super quick and very easy. We would go with them again if we had the choice. more

Unparelled Expertise 11/3/2011

This company got me an incredible loan for our new home and we are so pleased with them, that we want our friends to use their services as well. In fact I wish I could take everyone I know into them and get them to refi as well. The savings that we got are that good! Plus their expertise is unparalled. Very good mortgage help in HB 10/31/2011

WE so lucked out by finding out about the wonderful little mortgage company in HB .....our daughter had a friend that knew of the companay and actually reffered us to them and we did a refinance on our first and now we are looking into workin g out something for the second.......we couldn;t be happier with their fresh approach to getting our loan done so well and with great results!!!!!!! WE highly recommend them !!!!!! more

Happy to give back 10/24/2011

The staff at Pacific One kindly asked us if we minded filling out a small constructive review of our experience with them. We are happy to help out because we had such a great experience with them for our loan process. They are always available for us whenever we needed them. We were able to get all of our questions answered and have a much deeper understanding of how the whole process works because of working with them. They have taken our mortgage to a new level of efficiency. The new rate that we have now way surpasses anything that we had in the past, at a low 3.97% compared to our 6.68% old mortgage rate...we are still in shock as to how much less we are paying each month! more

I have to say that this is a good company I would recommend them to my friends. They help me lot get better lower payment took a few months but when it was done it very much better than before. I am happy. more

We had a very good experience 10/4/2011

I had a very good experience with getting a commercial loan done. I worked with Chris Beard on getting a jumbo loan for us and it did not take him very long to do it he was able to look into things and got back to me in just a few short days and we started the process right away.... we will be doing more business with pacific lending for sure. I highly recommend them! more

The most programs offered anywhere in Orange County 9/26/2011

We used to be in the business many years ago....my wife and I. And so we know about the workings of mortgage and real estate companies to be able to tell if they are bogus or not. Well I am happy to say that these guys have it down GOOD and I mean really good they have more programs to offer than any other company that we have come into contact with yet! We are so happy that they are so thorough!!!! They really knew how to cater to us and make us feel confident fast!!! We are almost closing on our refinance with our second mortgage now!!!! more

The experience we have had with pacific 1 lending is just fabulous we have worked with Chris and Matt for the last year or so on a couple different properties and they have been nothing short of wonderful..... These people treated my family with kid gloves ....meaning that they were ever so sensitive with our needs and made us feel taken care of on every level. They were kind, patient, and relentlessly giving to us all throughout the process of our loan. We have successfully refinanced with them now and couldn't be happier with our results. more

UNbeLIEVABLE 9/8/2011

Its like the best of the best mortgage dealers ever. We could not qualify for any refinances from any lenders so we gave up for long time. Then the pacific lending staff saved us so much grief...they told us about a loan modification and we went for it and we got a great outcome my wife is so happy with me again she loves the new rate that the modification was able to give us.. now she can go shopping more often ha ha ha! We are so grateful to you guys and thanks so much for everything! Much love to you all at pacific one lending! more

very good company... 9/8/2011

My favorite part about this company is that they are so high spirited and willing to help in any way. They have spent hours on the phone with me and have always encouraged me to come by the office if it would help me. I enjoy coming by they always offer me and my wife water and coffee. Very hospitable. We did a clean refi with them in July and it is closing now and we couldn't be happier to be getting the savings that we will be accumulating each month for the next 30 years! Great group of folks here. more

Super great opportunity is what we found at this gem of a company on Beach Boulavard in Huntington Beach! They can answer any and ALL questions that you have about your mortgage,,,we were shocked to have such a refreshing experience at a loan firm! I mean really amazing to have such a great staff of energetic and willing people. Thet got us an insane deal that no one else even came close to offering us,,,,,SO WE TOOK IT! more

Orange County's Finest Mortgage People 9/6/2011

This is such a great company that I could not wait to come talk about them!!!! Irefinanced with them a lil while back but when they had called me and asked if I would tell about my experience I quickly ran to my computer!!!! They were just so nice throughout our entire loan process with them they were just out of this world with their quality of business and hospitality!!!!! We went to their office building a few times to bring in different paper work to them since we did not have a fax machine lol ........ they were very gracious in helping us out with our new wonderfully low loan!!!!! They gave us hope in times that are not filled with much uplifting vibes....they were able to help us stay in our home....we are forever gratefull to these wonderful people.!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
