I refferred Pacific One to my son and he loved them! 8/22/2011

I was trying to help my son with his first refinance on his first home...and I had been refferred to Pacific One Lending by a family member earlier..however our home is already paid off. But I gave the information to my son and he followed up with the company and decidied to go ahead with them. Him and his wife are so thankful to us for the refferral. They got a no point no cost refi all they had to do was pay title and escro and they got a really decent low rate. They will be set for at least the next 10 years with no worries about their mortgage! Im so glad that Pacific One was able to help my son! more

Hi everyone...I wanted to say a little something about how grateful I am for the help I recieved from Pac One....They not only helped me sell my old property but they also assisted me with financing my new home in Georgia. I had a great time working with the employees....everyone I met was so sweet and kind. I'm trying to get my friend to sell their property with them now because I'm so happy with my outcome! Awesome Deal 8/4/2011

The staff at Pacific One Lending lowered our mortgage rate by almost 2 points. We are saving about 1,000 a month. We cant believe the deal they got us. Awesome deal. more

Super Great Company Rescued Me From Financial Disaster 7/11/2011

Hello friends...I need to tell you about how great this company is that rescued me when no one else could...I was turned down by a few other lending companies because I was upside down and had low equity and I was going to give up altogether until I talked with someone at Pacific One. The loan officer was so helpful and gave me hope. He spent as much time with me as I needed and was able to get me into a program to help me get a better loan with a lower rate. They even helped me improve my credit! I am now able to save money and I no longer worry abouit paying my mortgage every month! If you need help and are struggling like I was...you will not be let down when you call Pacific One Lending for help. They did everything they could to help me and they will do the same for you! more

Pacific 1 Staff are Heros in Disguise 6/27/2011

I can't believe it! I actually found a mortgage company that changed my opinion about dealing with lenders. Pacific One Lending transformed all my previous perceptions of many other lenders and their often almost evil and deceptive tactics. I have dealt with fraud and scams with several different people taking advantage of me and my money. After swearing solumnly to never trust another lender, I was introduced to the staff at Pacific One Lending and they have been nothing but honest and trustworthy! My old ideas of the decepticonish lending world has been delightfully changed! I now trust ONE company with transforming all my financial property needs. That ONE company is PACIFIC ONE! more

Easiest Loan Experience... 6/27/2011

We have worked with Rochelle since 2001. During this time she has helped us with at lease six loans which have included purchasing and refinancing our primary residence, vacation homes and rental properties. Each and every deal has been wonderful. In today's market having more than seven loans can be a burden. We have had other lenders refuse our applications or have not been able to perform because of this, however Rochelle has always been able to make it happen while putting us at ease every time . Our last purchase in 2010, on our primary residence, was the easiest loan experience to date. We were ready to close on time and it was Rochelle who coordinated the closing with all parties to get us our wonderful home! Excellent Service from Pac One !!!!!!!! 6/20/2011

""I refinanced my home mortgage with Pacific One Lending recently. I was referred to them after a previous bad experience with another lender who were not consistent with their figures and kept changing. Both Chris Beard and Selena Hershman were very good to work with and walked me through the maze very patiently. They were able to use the appraisal report of the previous lender, made sure they watched the rates during the process and were able to get me a little lower rate just before closing.
