We just purchased a Hot Tub from Pacific Hot Tub Solutions. I must say that the Hot Tub is Top quality and the price is much to our liking compared to similar ones we looked at. Their quarantee is as good as a new tub. The customer service is right on. They always get right back to you if you have any questions and have all the answers. Very helpful and friendly! more

Customer service like no other ! These guys go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. I wanted to put a hot tub on my 2nd story deck and they came out and assessed the location. They could have just sold me a tub and left me to my own demise but they advised me I would need to upgrade my deck before putting a hot tub on it. \r Had I not wanted to spend the money to upgrade my deck they may have lost the sale but they were willing to take that chance to make sure my family and I were safe in the hot tub. \r I don't' know any other business that would be willing to point out the negatives if it might potentially cost them a sale. \r I have referred many of my friends to them and will continue to do so. \r \r Thank you Pacific Hot Tub Solutions for a great tub. more

Not knowing much about spas, the sales person was very patient and informative when helping me select a well suited spa for myself. (easy maintenance on a budget) 7 months later this spa is still running strong. My friends LOVE to come visit now and they never forget their swim attire. more

My Story 10/31/2012

My hot tub broke over a year ago, being a single mother and not knowing anything about hot tubs I was fearful of being ripped off so I put it off?. Just recently I decided I was ready to do something about it. I made some phone calls to repair people off Craigslist but no one was able to tell me how much exactly it would cost. I decided to go a different route and just purchase a new tub. I stumbled across Pacific Hot Tub Solutions in Oregon City and they had a great selection of different reconditioned spas, sizes and brands. The sales person offered that his technician would come by my house and diagnose my hot tub to see which decision would be best. The technician, Terry, was very helpful and even fixed my tub on the spot. My total bill only came to $375. I?m glad Terry was able to repair my tub for me at an affordable price. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a hot tub repair. more

Hot Tub moving 5/2/2012

These guys are GREAT !!! They were able to remove my old hot tub and place my new one in the exact same location. The space was pretty tight but they did an amazing job and I would highly recomment them to anyone who needs a hot tub moved. more
