Customer service like no other ! These guys go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. I wanted to put a hot tub on my 2nd story deck and they came out and assessed the location. They could have just sold me a tub and left me to my own demise but they advised me I would need to upgrade my deck before putting a hot tub on it. \r
Had I not wanted to spend the money to upgrade my deck they may have lost the sale but they were willing to take that chance to make sure my family and I were safe in the hot tub. \r
I don't' know any other business that would be willing to point out the negatives if it might potentially cost them a sale. \r
I have referred many of my friends to them and will continue to do so. \r
