After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to give Nick a call to fix a leak. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. Nick came out to fix a leak in our shower. After installing the new cartridge the shower head still continued to leak. Nick did not charge us for the cartridges or labor because he was not able to fix the leak.
Nick informed us of our options to stop the leak. One option would have costs over $1000 and the other option was to buy a $10 shutoff valve at the hardware store. He recommended the $10 fix versus one which would have given him a $1000 job.
As it turns out, once the water drained from the shower head the leak was fixed. After asking Nick and Anna to send us an invoice for the work they only charged us for the cartridges. I am not one to right an online review. However, I wanted to share my very positive experience with Nick. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone.
