Id like to give a big thank you to John at pacific audio for doing a great job on my car stereo. I took it in really messed up and he did an awesome job rewiring all my speakers and deck. He hooked my horrifying system up and now it works great and is no longer a fire hazard. Thank you so much John and if I need anything done in the future I will gladly be a returning customer :) more

Never let down 5/1/2012

i just wanted to take the time to say thanks to john and the whole pacific audio staff. i am i returning customer and have never been let down. they work quickly and the results are professional. i have had my whole system wired and even an electrical upgrade that john personally helped me with. i would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service and a profession install more

Personable, accomodating, and fast 3/26/2012

From start to finish, the staff accomodated my needs without any high pressure sales. I sat on the couch in the lounge area and worked on my lap top. One of the associates offered me a bottle of water while I waited. I was surprised to hear that my vehicle was ready. I was welcomed to sit as long as I liked to finish what I was doing. more

Great work 1/25/2012

I brought my 3000gt VR-4 to get an alarm installed. amazing work! They set up the remote start, turbo timer, and a safety switch so i dont run myself over. I can't see a single wire everything well hidden. more

ok, i love this place, i been going there for 2 years now and they always take care of me.never had issues with them at all.great installation work very professional job unlike audio express they did a crapy job on my car looked very unprofessional.so i am glad to recommend all my friends and family there. awsome work guys!!! more

John your amazing.....thank you 7/17/2011

On Thursday night I had some car stereo trouble that made my running lights and my dashboard lights to quit working. It just so happened that i buy all of my electronics from here, so I took the car in to get it looked at. It was almost 7 oclock and there wasnt one hesitation from John to help me even though they didnt cause the problem. Some nim whit decided he could hook my stereo up proper but failed to connect the right ground wire in my honda to the right wire. I had some loose wires as well that hit metal. He fixed the problem, told me that hondas have different ground wires than normal and i should have never let just a random fix my beat. If it werent for john my whole car computer would have be ruiened. he is amazing and knows what he is talking about. Thank you pacific audio...... I will always be loyal to you. more

After using my Python alarm system which had been purchased elsewhere, I took my car to Pacific Audio as the alarm had developed a problem. They removed the alarm, returned it to the manufacturer for repair, and reinstalled it, without charging me for their labor. I had previously purchased two other alarm systems from them for different cars, as well as an alarm siren and an auto stereo, and had received prompt service and assistance over the years. I hope others will, as well. more

Horrible Customer Service / Won't stand behind warrenty 3/3/2011

I purchased a JVC unit last year. I was able to track down my install receipt but was told that was not my receipt even though that was what I got from them ""Art's"" name was on it the price and what was installed and it was on their form IE Pacific Audio. I was told by ""Art"" that no way it had the price on it and would not work. more

wow bad bad service 2/4/2011

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE or EVEN COME NEAR. My DVD felt off in from there installation in 3 months. I'd bought it back and they said its not their installation. They refuse to recognize their hand written receipt. more

Bad Work and Service Stay Away 10/17/2010

I would stay away from this shop. Something must have changed since last reviews. They did my wiring wrong and ended up blowing up my amp,after bringing in an expert who said it was crap and kiddy work they still continued to blame me for it, saying they couldn't know what I was doing after I left. They also did a hack job in my back seat and still didn't mount the sub correctly. Was only able to get a partial refund and a lot of stress. Now I have to get a new amp and the sub installed correctly some where else. Save yourself some grief and and money and go someplace better. more

I have been to Pacific Audio many times, and have enjoyed being there because of there great service. I shopped every were and couldnt fine such a great deal on my alarm. You guys are the best, no other car audio store beets PACIFIC AUDIO!!!! <3 Pros: Great service. more

Pacific Audio is my faveee! 10/15/2008

I went in to Pacific Audio and was immediately greeted by one of their staff, I told them exactly what they needed and they showed me the perfect stereo and speakers to fit my needs. The installation was quick and was all done by the time I finished grocery shopping at the near-by Safeway!! I have recommended all my friends to Pacific Audio, and the guys that work there are pretty cute too ; ). Pros: Big selection, Friendly staff, Quick install Cons: I don't need 100 car radios for them to do! more
