I purchased a JVC unit last year. I was able to track down my install receipt but was told that was not my receipt even though that was what I got from them ""Art's"" name was on it the price and what was installed and it was on their form IE Pacific Audio. I was told by ""Art"" that no way it had the price on it and would not work. more
