Was very rude when I called for a towing and repair quote... I know never to phone this company for any reason again....

While they have done good in the past they seem to have lost there focus and did repairs that where not needed and never called us about. Did not even offer a discount or any other effort to make amends... I trusted them to do some simple fixes to save me time, but will not be going back. more

I came across P&M Automotive purely by accident, and what a great accident it was. I now recommend them to my friends and family for any kind of automotive repair. Even my retired disabled mother, with high customer service expectations was impressed; and now recommends them too. Her older Tundra was in dire need of a tune up. Thank goodness it wasn’t something bigger. The guys up front were able to let us know exactly what the truck needed, what it would cost, and how long it would be out of commission. They were right on the money! Most definitely give these guys a chance to prove me right. This isn’t one of those sketchy shops. The office is very clean and you can tell they care. Trust me, these are the guys you want to visit for anything from an oil change to a total auto repairs. more

My car is old and to keep it running well I bring it to P&M Auto. They do all the regular maintenance as well as fix the parts that have just simply worn out. I am truly delighted with their work. more

I had an oil change here and it was 6/6/2012

I had an oil change here and it was cheaper than many other places that would do an oil change. Plus, with the oil change, they will do a preliminary inspection to make sure everything else is okay with the car. Q more

I feel like my car is getting looked at by true experts who really enjoy what they do. They will go into length as to what they feel is wrong with you car, and what they feel is reasonable to charge for the fix. And it usually is fairly reasonable. more

Thank you so much for working on my Ford Ranger and helping me out when I was stranded in Salem a couple weeks ago. I appreciate the ""Thank You"" card also. I'd like to say thank you again for sending me my phone book that was left in your office, that helped me out tremendously! Though the prospect of needing auto repairs usually strikes fear into my bones because of the inevitable expense; you all made the experience MUCH more enjoyable with your friendly personalities. Was recommended by a coworker and when i walked in the front door i was like, is this where i get my car fixed??? There office is very inviting and i was able to get some coffee for my ride to work. My BMW was serviced and inspected quickly and i was given options for additional needs. I did not have anything else done but when i picked up i was so impressed that i scheduled to take it back after they reviewed what other items were needed. Very comfortable and convenient with all aspects of the experience! Took back for the appointment and was equally impressed.... more

Helpful 1/19/2003

My brake locked up and towing was free from AAA. The tow man worked hard to get my car out of our apartment parking lot. I expected a huge bill from the repair but it was only $40 or so. Pros: good attitude, hard work, friendly more
