Whenever I have needed a tow, their tow professionals have always been friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I take my car there for routine maintainance and also repairs. I have never had anything close to a bad or questionable experience. From the moment I walk in I am instantly greeted by multiple staff members. I am very pleased by how clean both the working shop area is as well as the reception area. Clean shops are hard to find these days. They have big windows so I can see what is going on while they work on my car. They give you a ride home if your work will be a while. Most places don't offer that extra either. They tell me what, when and why I need done. They have worked on my current car as well as previous ones. They are the place I take cars to have looked over before I buy them. I trust them! It's not easy to say that you trust an auto repair facility but I can say easily that I trust P&M and I will be a lifelong satisfied customer!! more

Everytime I go in I see the same familiar faces. It is nice to work with the same people and assures me my vehicle is being taken care of. I don't know anything about cars so I have to be confident in what they tell me. Being referred through AAA also help me when looking for a new shop. I had heard good things about them from co-workers also. more

I had my astro van to multiple shops prior. finally a friend from church referred me to P&M. The same morning I dropped it off they called and told me my fuel pump was failing. Due to the last few places that cost me hundreds of dollars to not fix the problem I hessitantly had them repair it. My van has never ran so good! Thanks, was worth every penny. more
