Very poor service, very rude. They were suppose to save some material that was trimmed from my daughters dress to be used on her dates suit. I was never called to let us know the dress was ready I had to call them, I asked when I called about the material, I was told was with the dress. The material was not with the dress, they obviously tossed it in the trash I can only guess that the information was not relayed from the Owner to the Seamstress... so when I called I was repeated told that I would recieve a return call. that never happened, I drove out there, across town, only to be treated rude when I asked which dumpster they use, I was told they checked, I asked how did you have time to check when you didn't have time to return a call. The trash had already been picked up. Instead of saying they goofed and saying sorry they denied any wrong doing. I would not suggest using them for anything and I will be posting this on every page I can and also filing a complaint with the BBB. It is too late for them to write the wrong, but not too late for me to warn others. more

My fiance and I moved to St Pete in Oct and this was one of the first places we ate. I remember it being a Sunday afternoon and there was a Bucs game on the TV. We were the only 2 people dining at the time. The food was AWESOME. I had the Chicken Souvlaki platter and she had a salad. My chicken was perfectly grilled and the sauce and rice were wonderful. I didnt try her salad but she said it was very good. Well we returned a couple of weeks ago. The place was packed. Every table was full. There were 4 people waiting. 3 of which were for dine in, 1 was waiting for a take out order. It took us about 20 minutes to be seated.. most people probably would have left, but we knew how good the food was on our last visit. I'm happy to say that nothing has changed, except the crowd. I'm really glad that they are staying busy. I was worried when we moved here that if things continued like to be like that Sunday afternoon, they may not last. I would recommend Athenian Gardens to anyone who enjoys excellent greek cuisine at fair prices. And I havent even touched their dessert case yet.. I'm sure its marvelous. more

I just want to let everyone know about my very good experiences with Kathleens Alterations. At the suggestions of others I have tried other places and been terribly disapointed. I have had clothes completly ruined and with no recourse, at least when I go to Kathleens I know she will fix whatever I don't like. I have been extremely pleased with her work and the turn around time is always great. So do not hesitate to take all your clothes to Kathleens she does an excellant job on the most intricate details. Same day service is always done an hems or small fixes remember they are the best!!! more

My wife and I were spending a short vacation in St. Petersburg. We had a craving for Greek food and happened across Athenian Gardens. We had a great dinner. Kenny was an excellent server and helped us pick out a delicious dinner. We ordered the Souvlaki Platter with lamb and the Aegean chicken. The house salad was huge, and very tasty. The lamb had a great grilled flavor. The Aegean chicken was the best. The artichokes and capers tasted great with the chicken. The whole time in St. Pete, Athenian Gardens was the best meal we ate, and we ate at some good restaurants. We will definitely stop by the next year. more

Fast, friendly service! I needed a pair of dress slacks altered so I dropped them off at Kathleen's. I was assisted immediately and out of the store within minutes. It didn't really matter when i got them back so expected them in a couple days. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call in less than two hours. The price was right and the service was great. It could not have been easier. Pros: Easy access, quick service, quality work more

I called ahead to see if they could do a same day hem. They said they could and that it was no problem. Cons: bad business and customer service more

Im a frequent traveler all over the states and this is the best Greek food Ive ever had - I love the homemade taste. Pros: Homemade food, low prices more
