Review content:
Very poor service, very rude. They were suppose to save some material that was trimmed from my daughters dress to be used on her dates suit. I was never called to let us know the dress was ready I had to call them, I asked when I called about the material, I was told was with the dress.
The material was not with the dress, they obviously tossed it in the trash I can only guess that the information was not relayed from the Owner to the Seamstress... so when I called I was repeated told that I would recieve a return call. that never happened, I drove out there, across town, only to be treated rude when I asked which dumpster they use, I was told they checked, I asked how did you have time to check when you didn't have time to return a call. The trash had already been picked up. Instead of saying they goofed and saying sorry they denied any wrong doing.
I would not suggest using them for anything and I will be posting this on every page I can and also filing a complaint with the BBB. It is too late for them to write the wrong, but not too late for me to warn others.
