PC Laptops is better than awesome! I had a Totally Awesome Computer Brand desktop computer that I bought. Totally awesome went away and PC Laptops took over my lifetime service warranties. WOW That computer got old and died I bought a PC Laptop Decimator with 2 video cards!! It's perfect! It has duel video cardpower to run all my games at full settings and it comes with the lifetime service and parts warranty. I will never buy another computer again anywhere else!! These guys are excellent. If Dan the laptop man reads this I love your computers and staff! If your reading this check these guys out! I'm going to copy and paste this in a few other places so more people can read it!! Yay yay yay more

This was my first time at PC Laptops and I can't say enough good things about them! The service was awesome and my computer was fixed the same day I brought it in. Doesn't get any better than this! If you have problems with your computer, don't hestiate to bring it in to PC Laptops. You guys rock!!! more

MY SONY WAS HAVING ISSUES. I took it to another computer shop and they told me the monitor was bad. My neighbor told me to try pc laptops and they replaced my power cord. Amazing it works. When I get paid I am going to buy one from pc laptops. more

I've had nothing but negative experiences with this place:\r - They gave me the wrong computer when I came to pick up mine. I was the one who had to alert them to the problem.\r - They didn't load up my old files and programs onto the new computer.\r - They didn't alert me to hardware changes that would affect installation of high speed internet, phone lines, keyboard and mouse, which resulted in 3 different trips back to the store.\r - Ongoing service is also an issue. They typically won't even look at your device for 5 - 7 days unless you pay $80 to expedite service. \r \r I'd put up with the overly-cheery sales folks if the service compensated, but I've been nothing but unimpressed. \r more

I am a total and complete RAVING FAN and here's why: There is only one thing worse than your computer going down and that is when your employees' computers go down. I have purchased all of my company's computers from PC laptops since the day you started selling desktops and have been thrilled with every experience. You won my loyalty by handling every single hysterical time I rushed a computer to you for any service.\r \r I also want to say that your Sandy store ROCKS!!! PC Laptops is awesome! I had a Totally Awesome Computer Brand desktop computer that I bought 2 months before the company closed. PC Laptops adopted me for my lifetime service work. THAT was awesome! Well, that computer finally died. So I went in to PC laptops Sandy and got a Decimator (in a titan case) OMG it kills!! it DECIMATES!! It has seven cores of power to run all my intense audio editing, video editing and gaming apps. I love it. And it comes with the lifetime service and parts warranty. THAT is awesome. I will never have to buy another computer again!! These guys are fantastic. Dan the laptop man, if you read this, you and your staff all RULE!!!! Reader, If you want a sick computer and excellent customer service, go in and check these guys out! I'm going to copy and paste this in a few other places so more people can read it!! YAY. more

The laptop I ordered was built perfect exactly to order and QuickBooks accounting files moved over flawlessly by your staff. I have been recommending PC Laptops to my family and friends based on my experience. After the majority of Gateway and Dell computers that have failed in my office I'm proud to say PC Laptops is the best and I will never buy any other brand besides PC Laptops. If anyone is wondering, that's a movie quote from Ferris Buellers Day Off. Seemed fitting.\r \r Anyway, I don't know where those people are taking their laptops or computers that got bad service, but it wasn't the PC Laptops I know.\r \r I have been in there a couple times looking for computer parts and they are always really helpful and friendly. A few years ago when SATA hard drives were just getting going I needed a SATA cable and couldn't find one anywhere. I tried Best Buy and Circuit City and CompUSA even and none of them had any (I know you can pull them out of random garbage cans now, but back then they were scarce.)\r \r Anyway, I went into PC Laptops and told them I was looking for a SATA cable and the guy walked into the back and came out and gave me one. I asked how much and he looked at me funny like ""Why would I make you pay for a SATA cable?"". He just said ""nothing"".\r \r That was my first impression of PC Laptops and since then I haven't had anything negative to say about them.\r \r I recently became a fan on their facebook page and ended up winning a Fezzari bike! Just for being a facebook page fan. I have never even actually bought anything from them.\r \r I went in to get the bike and the people were really cool. They were down to earth and didn't act like a bunch of salesman wanting to sell me anything they could.\r \r They just all got in the crazy picture and it felt like I was just talking to normal people that were just there to help. Not actually sell you things, but just help with what you needed.\r \r I say go in there if you have a problem with a computer simply because the employees seem really nice and helpful. They seem like real people instead of robots trying to sell you the most expensive thing they can get you to buy (as I have been treated in other places). more

I took my computer to PC Laptops and they said it would cost me 49 dollars to diagnose it, then i hear its gonna take over a week for them to even look at it. After a month i hear it would cost 499 for a motherboard. I took my computer elsewhere and found out it was a power jack. After reading a couple reviews, i've come to realize that they only provide good customer support to those who have purchased one of their laptops. I guess my computer is not worthy of their service seeing as i purchased it from the manufacturer. Cons: Time consuming, misdiagnosed. more

I'm a student over at Utah Valley University studying video editing, and with HD quickly becoming the norm, I needed a laptop to take to school that had the guts to edit it. I don't remember where I heard about PC Laptops, but I'm so glad I did. Got my first laptop here for video editing; it's a beefy little guy with upgradability. I paid as much as I would for a Macbook Pro and got the potential for so much more - quad-core processor upgrade later on, more RAM, nice video card, in addition to life-time service and tune-ups for free with excellent people in-store. I'll be going back the next time I need to upgrade. I know that they'll be looking to get me the best machine for my job. True story: the sales-person helping me helped the lady behind me while I mulled it over; he showed her that she didn't need to spend $800 on a laptop that she'd be emailing from; the $400 model right next to it would do everything she needed. With honesty like that (cutting half the profit on a machine), could I really go wrong? I know you won't go wrong if you try them, either. Pros: Great computer, honest salesguy more

Having seen some posters on some of the review sites for PC Laptops making statements that the positive posters are PC Laptop employees. I am here to State for a fact I am not an employee of PC Laptops. I am just one happy customer. Recently I went to PC laptops to price a new computer as mine was obsolete. I found the desk top that was more than I need which was exactly what I wanted. I was given a verbal quote and came back when my finances permitted. Upon my return I was told they were not going to be able to provide what was given in the original quote. I found out later that it was due to upgrades to each computer. Frustrated, I sent an email to Dan, the owner of PC Laptops, and the next day I was contacted with information of when to pick up my new computer…. It was MORE than originally quoted for the same price. Not only did Dan honor a VERBAL quote, but he more than exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new computer and I would refer anyone in the market to PC Laptops. They are dedicated to customer service. Dan went out of his way to follow up and make sure I was happy with my purchase.The staff there are great to work with and communicates the technical aspects of the computer in a language I understood! Thanks for your support. I purchased my desktop computer from totally awesome computer back in 2005 and a laptop last year from PC Laptops. Recently, I needed help setting up my wireless broadband card. Your technicians walked me through the setup over the phone.
