I took my computer to PC Laptops and they said it would cost me 49 dollars to diagnose it, then i hear its gonna take over a week for them to even look at it. After a month i hear it would cost 499 for a motherboard. I took my computer elsewhere and found out it was a power jack. After reading a couple reviews, i've come to realize that they only provide good customer support to those who have purchased one of their laptops. I guess my computer is not worthy of their service seeing as i purchased it from the manufacturer.
Cons: Time consuming, misdiagnosed.
