I found the sales staff at PC Laptops to be very helpful, after multiple visits without purchasing anything. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out if the price difference could possibly be worth it. A ""similar"" machine at Best Buy seemed like the cheaper option. However after years of buying those machines I ultimately decided to give PC Laptops a try. \r \r Amazed is the word for it, I found the staff to be extremely thorough. Refusing to give me my new machine because one of their tests performed a few percentage points below normal. I had to wait an extra day, but so what I ended up with this amazing machine. \r \r I am no ordinary user, I have worked in this field for a very long time. PC Laptops support, focus on quality, and absolute determination to have the best PC's on the planet are what make them worth every penny. I bought a laptop at the PC laptops in Layton Utah over 4 years ago while stationed at Hill AFB as an Air Force member. I've had not one glitch since...amazing for a laptop. Addtionally, when I've had questions or concerns, I've been able to call the store and get immediate tech support. As a military member that moves frequently, we're no longer geographically located near a store. Despite that, I will only purchase a computer from these guys in the future. Their superior customer service, high quality products, and willingness to help make them the only choice. It takes a lot for me to develop brand loyalty, but I've done just that with PC Laptops. I bought my first PC Laptop a year and half ago. I to put it simply…love a love a it! I bought from PC Laptops because I was so impressed with the warranty…its lifetime on parts and warranty!! I have had problems with viruses this past year and at first it scared me so I called PC Laptops right away and they told me not to worry just bring it in!! I tell them to take care of my “puter” because all my friends live in it…So amazing…didn’t cost a thing to fix. I had a major crash and it didn’t cost a thing! Wow!! When friends tell me how much they spent for their bargain computer I just say, you just bought a throw-away computer! First crash, ba da bing …throw it away and buy a new one!! With PC Laptops you will never have to worry about buying a new computer again!! Customer service with PC Laptops is grand! When I call they are always excited talk to me. One employee that has gone above and beyond for me is Nat!! When you enter their store everyone jumps up to say hello, such a warm feeling!! I love them! Not only to they have great computers, but the people are always willing to jump in and help resolve any problems even if it is not theirs. Pros: Knowledgable people and great products Cons: No stores in California more

I have an 8 year old PC laptop (in computer years it is 80) This computer has been the only computer that I have needed in that time. PC Laptops has done everything they can to keep my Laptop updated and running strong. And it still is running strong even after all the ""oops"" that I did to it when I was learning how to operate it. The PC Laptop guys never made me feel like a clown for pushing the wrong button. PC Laptops is second to none in service. I have a computer that was not purchased at their store and I was having malware issues. Dan himself contacted me via Facebook to hook me up with his Layton office for a FREE virus scan. I was in a time crunch and couldn't be without my computer for long. Not only did they clean the computer up but had it ready in about 24 hours. The staff was patient in explaining what had happened, how they fixed it, and how to keep it from happening again in the future. Chad helped me through installing some better protection for my computer once I got home. Dan contacted me after the repair to see that everything went well.
