I found the sales staff at PC Laptops to be very helpful, after multiple visits without purchasing anything. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out if the price difference could possibly be worth it. A ""similar"" machine at Best Buy seemed like the cheaper option. However after years of buying those machines I ultimately decided to give PC Laptops a try. \r

Amazed is the word for it, I found the staff to be extremely thorough. Refusing to give me my new machine because one of their tests performed a few percentage points below normal. I had to wait an extra day, but so what I ended up with this amazing machine. \r

I am no ordinary user, I have worked in this field for a very long time. PC Laptops support, focus on quality, and absolute determination to have the best PC's on the planet are what make them worth every penny. I recently purchased a laptop for my wife and a second machine to run my Media Center. I wouldn't buy from anyone else at this point. \r
