I bought my first PC Laptop a year and half ago. I to put it simply…love a love a it! I bought from PC Laptops because I was so impressed with the warranty…its lifetime on parts and warranty!! I have had problems with viruses this past year and at first it scared me so I called PC Laptops right away and they told me not to worry just bring it in!! I tell them to take care of my “puter” because all my friends live in it…So amazing…didn’t cost a thing to fix. I had a major crash and it didn’t cost a thing! Wow!! When friends tell me how much they spent for their bargain computer I just say, you just bought a throw-away computer! First crash, ba da bing …throw it away and buy a new one!! With PC Laptops you will never have to worry about buying a new computer again!! Customer service with PC Laptops is grand! When I call they are always excited talk to me. One employee that has gone above and beyond for me is Nat!! When you enter their store everyone jumps up to say hello, such a warm feeling!! I love them! Again, to put it simply I love a love a my PC I got from PC Laptops!!
