Easy Company to Work With 5/13/2011

They will never explain the contract 2/3/2011

This company is by far the laziest, most tattle tale, pointing the finger to someone else, handing down problems to other people YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH. The company in whole: leasing, maintenance, and management are the worst. I have only talked to one person that has heard my problems, in the 15 months I have lived here. But let me explain the leasing company... They have amazing offers to get you in. BUT ONCE YOU'RE IN, YOU'LL FEEL LIKE THEY WANT YOU OUT. When I signed I paid $2,100 to move-in, and was NEVER explained the contract to the fullest extent. They did ask, do you have any questions? And we said, no. But how can we have any questions when they haven't done their job to explain the contact? Is that not what they get paid for? It's simple. ROUTINE. RIGHT?! Well, why can't they do their job? They never explained to us what a ""third party company hired by PAC"" is. They never explained what A.U.M. was. And I have talked to m neighbors, and no one knows who they are. How can we pay a company that provides a service that we do not even know we are getting? I went a whole year without paying A.U.M. because I did not what service I was getting from them. But I did receive letters threatening me that if I did not pay by 3d notice I would be evicted. Fair, right? Absolutely not. How can they even threaten me of eviction, when the leasing company and these letters do not explain A.U.M. I had to company this so called A.U.M. myself, to have their services explained to me. The company even told me that they have received many PAC tenants outraged of these so called services. The leasing company should do their job. Explain the contract. That's easy. Right? It's your job. more

Longtime Pac Residence 12/21/2010

Lived in a Pac building for 5 years. Staff was curtious and quick to respond to our problems. In the middle of moving out right now. WIll update the review to reflect that process. more

Very disappointed 10/19/2010

Initially PAC worked hard to get us in the building, but there were problems, especially with the antiquated plumbing, and PAC blamed it on us.\r The owner, who you will never meet as a tenant, sends the word down from high blamed us for things that other tenants did and wanted to charge us. He values tenants as a dollar sign .It's a home. more

Awesome Apartments 5/10/2010

I first came across PAC Properties while searching Craigslist for apartments. The first listing we saw caught our eye- it was a spacious 3 bedroom 2 story townhome. I wanted to get that apartment immediately but it was taken. I called the company to see if they had any other 3 bedroom apartments, and the first one I checked out was gorgeous. The beautiful hardwood floors and crown moulding on the ceilings gives it a very ""home""-y look- you can tell that each apartment is different than the next, but all were clean and well maintained. We signed the lease after viewing the apartment, it was that great and affordable of a find. It has also been great checking out the apartments of our neighbors- their spaces were also beautiful and have tons of room for creativity. Driving around the North Hollywood area, I've seen tons of signs for PAC. I'd definitely recommend that anyone looking for a place in LA check them out. I'll be renewing my lease. Thanks for reading!
