Initially PAC worked hard to get us in the building, but there were problems, especially with the antiquated plumbing, and PAC blamed it on us.\r
The owner, who you will never meet as a tenant, sends the word down from high blamed us for things that other tenants did and wanted to charge us. He values tenants as a dollar sign .It's a home.
