P & L Property Management (1 Sterling Place); ie... Rachael... Went under a contract with us to manage our properties. She and her employees have spoken negative about us to our tenants. As well as stole $6,000 from us when we took our properties back. She has claimed that we have slandered her name and made threats to her, when in fact we never once spoke a word about her to anyone but our atty... She did inspections and charged outrageous rates for work that was never done and also refused to pay the contractors for work they have done through her company. All the bills have been forwarded to us. She has never returned our original copies of our leases agreements. And She refuses to give back the money that she has stolen! She wants to see this go to court... Well it will and is in the process. I do not recommend anyone to rent or lease through her, nor would I recommend anyone to allow her to manage your properties!!! They lie, steal and hide!!!
