Ozel Fine Jewelry

I went to ozels in Victorville. Took a very sentimental anniversary necklace to redesign and add to. On a budget and never buy jewelry. We put our trust into this family. It took a year to get our piece made and only settled because of the length of time. Took apart my original piece which broke my heart and used stones we never got credit for. Upon multiple requests could not get a appraisal for new piece - always ""in the mail."". It has been a few years- guess I still haven't gotten over it. My husband wanted to get a custom ring made for our anniversary, we asked our friends what Jewelry store they would recommended and the said you have to go to Ozel's in Rancho Cucamonga or Victorville, Ca. I googled Ozel's Fine Jewelry and saw that they had a location in Palm Desert, this made me very happy not to have to drive so far. I went into Ozel's and from that point on I am never going anywhere else. The service was amazing, Mr. Joe was so helpful, full of creativity for a design, the employee was hands on, and I was absolutely shocked how beautiful my ring came out. Over all great customer service and they know what they are taking about, I felt very at home. I am very thankful that my friends recommended them. I am sure the other to locations in Victorville and Rancho Cucamonga offer the same great service! Thank you to Ozels! more

1. Brian is not the owner. 2. hes never been married. 3. Amy is a drunk ex girlfriend with a grudge. 4. Brian has never touched cocaine. 5. These reports are being made under false names by Amy's new boyfriend just to hurt Brian. 6. She has been to my house several time drunk as hell, walking into walls, falling down steps, tripped over my dog and would consistantly knock me down because she was too drunk to stand. On August 14TH 2010 Brian punched Amy in the face and broke her jaw he was arrested for corpral punishment and charged with half a million dollars bail.This guy Brian is a knowen pimp,swindeler and now wife beater with multiple D.U.I arrest is this a guy that you would trust to buy a diamond for your wife from? Would you want a wife beater around your young children or your wife? I think not people.I am sure it is not Joe Tekins fault he behaves in such a way but it is his fault for letting a guy like this work in his store.
