My husband wanted to get a custom ring made for our anniversary, we asked our friends what Jewelry store they would recommended and the said you have to go to Ozel's in Rancho Cucamonga or Victorville, Ca. I googled Ozel's Fine Jewelry and saw that they had a location in Palm Desert, this made me very happy not to have to drive so far. I went into Ozel's and from that point on I am never going anywhere else. The service was amazing, Mr. Joe was so helpful, full of creativity for a design, the employee was hands on, and I was absolutely shocked how beautiful my ring came out. Over all great customer service and they know what they are taking about, I felt very at home. I am very thankful that my friends recommended them. I am sure the other to locations in Victorville and Rancho Cucamonga offer the same great service! Thank you to Ozels!
