Oxfrod Valley Dental Excellence... Oxford Valley Dental SHOTTYness is more like it. Once they prep your teeth for bridges, instead of properly fashioning temporary teeth what they do is put shapleless globs of composite on your teeth and say, "There now at least your teeth are covered." If you complain they condescendingly say, "Well, it's ONLY TEMPORARY." These ppl really expect you to be happy leaving their office looking like a prize fighter with an exposed mouthpiece.They don't care at all that you have to face the public, go to your work, the gym, etc. with malformed, mishapen teeth. Competent dentists wouldn't dare have you leave their practice unhappy with your smile, even if it is "only temporary." Also, the dentists at OVD are trained to briefly listen to your concerns, then they get up and walk away from you. After all, they have to move on to the next patient, right? And you are costing them money with your complaining and asking them to do over an improperly made tooth! How dare you waste their precious time and so what that YOU have forked over lots of your own money!!! The other negative reviews are absolutely correct. Don't be fooled by the fake 5 star ones and please stay away from OVD. They will take your money and mess your mouth up, big time! more

I went here because of the reviews, but it looks like people have been paid to give reviews, because the service was just horrendous. They were forcing me to do a root canal instead of filling a cavity. This place is a money making factory, and Dr. Ekta Patel is really bad. It's no wonder they had to decorate the place this well to mask the horrible work and practices that they do. Will never go here ever. more

First time in my life I had seen Largest Dental Practice in Bucks county Pennsylvania.I had Done my Root Canal treatment + Crown. All Doctors are Great! Over All Staff is outstanding Performance, Recommend to everyone. more

I had purchased 2 deals at the Spa. You receive a one hour massage and get a free facial for $69.99 dollars. Awesome deal right. I had both massages and one fascial.I called to schedule my second free fascial. The girl who answered the phone said sure how is 1 ocolck and I said fine. I told her that it was for my second free fascial.She then said our computers are down I will have to call you back. The girl called me back 15 minute's later and told me that I had used my free fascial. I explained I had not because the estheticain was never available due to her just having a baby. Then she said well you were here on this date, and that date. I explained again that I had not been there just the ine fascial I had received. Then she said well maybe someone used your name to get a Free Fascial. Really!!!!!! They obviously are in the business to rip people off and not to get referalls. So beware and when you go to the Dental side they want to set you up with financing before they even look at you. more

I was very impressed with the staff. From the moment I walked in everyone was courteous and inviting. The assistant and doctor were very informative and educated me on the health of my teeth and provided me with the preventative measures needed in order to maintain the health of my teeth. more

All these "positive reviews are phony. They are All written by an internet service dedicated to enhancing poorly reviewed or non-reviewed businesses. Hardly an ethical decision by the Patel family to pursue this route. They are strictly concerned with money, especially the young and inexperienced female partner, Ekta Patel. She has little clue about patient care or treatment. more

Why are all the glowing ,amazing reviews written by "guest"? It's simple. The Oxford Valley dental owners have paid an internet company to write fake/phony "positive"reviews. Why would they have to do this? Simply because they know their standard of care and treatment is not well received. Their overriding concern is money, not paitient welfare. It's unethical to have false reviews submitted as actual patient satisfaction. Stay away from thiis office, especially the female Dr. Patel, as she is severely unskilled and uncaring. more
