I had purchased 2 deals at the Spa. You receive a one hour massage and get a free facial for $69.99 dollars. Awesome deal right.
I had both massages and one fascial.I called to schedule my second free fascial.
The girl who answered the phone said sure how is 1 ocolck and I said fine. I told her that it was for my second free fascial.She then said our computers are down I will have to call you back.
The girl called me back 15 minute's later and told me that I had used my free fascial. I explained I had not because the estheticain was never available due to her just having a baby.
Then she said well you were here on this date, and that date. I explained again that I had not been there just the ine fascial I had received. Then she said well maybe someone used your name to get a Free Fascial. Really!!!!!!
They obviously are in the business to rip people off and not to get referalls.
So beware and when you go to the Dental side they want to set you up with financing before they even look at you.
