Fast Service - I called one day & they were there the next day. I described the problem I was having when I contacted them, and they were able to repair my 55"" Mitsubishi HDTV Big Screen television within 45 minutes of arrival. The serviceman was very professional and helpful. Before he left, I was able to receive HD channels through my antenna (I had not used this feature before). He also made certain that my dvd/vhs player was hooked up correctly (Prior to his arrival, I could not get it to work as I had deleted the programming). I was very pleased with the service I received and the price was very reasonable. It was well worth the money spent, not to mention that I will get another 10+ years out of my television. Had young man came to house and had the parts on the truck to repair the set very economically. He also corrected my hookup so I can get HD now. Great job and value will definetly recommend them to all my friends. more

Came to our house to fix two problems with a big screen TV. One problem was fixed on the first visit, had to call them back the same day to look at the seond problem, they ended up having to order a part for the second problem. Never heard back from them so finally called to see if the part was in and they had no recoerd of a part being needed or ordered but said they would check with the serviceaman. Never heard back from them so called again and they said that the part had been ordered. They called back a week or so later saying the part was in so I scheduled them to come install the part. I was told that they would call by 10AM that day to let us know when they would be at the house. By 11AM had not heard from them so I called them and was told they would eb there between 3 and 5PM. Serviceman called at 3 to say he was on his way but he never arrived. I called his cell phone twice to no answer. He did call back after 5PM to tell me that he was in a another part of the metro area and would not be at our house that day. All of this took place over the couse of 5 weeks. I finally told them to forget it and hired another company to repair the second problem. more
