Fast Service - I called one day & they were there the next day. I described the problem I was having when I contacted them, and they were able to repair my 55"" Mitsubishi HDTV Big Screen television within 45 minutes of arrival. The serviceman was very professional and helpful. Before he left, I was able to receive HD channels through my antenna (I had not used this feature before). He also made certain that my dvd/vhs player was hooked up correctly (Prior to his arrival, I could not get it to work as I had deleted the programming). I was very pleased with the service I received and the price was very reasonable. It was well worth the money spent, not to mention that I will get another 10+ years out of my television. I would recommend OverlandTV for all your television repair!
