I called OutToday to come look at my bathtub water pressure, which was very low. Graeme gave me several options to upgrade my system. He gave me options to replace my water heater and offered me a 10% discount. However i just did the basic. He was very nice, professional, and helped me with all my concerns. As he walked through my home he made sure his shoes were covered. He cleaned his mess up once he was finished with the job. Im overly pleased with the work that was done by OutToday. We got a card for a furnace inspection from OutToday. Com, but I put it aside. On December 31st all of a sudden I was feeling really cold, and I realized that the heater was only giving out cold air. I couldn't figure out why it was not working, so I quickly found the card and called OutToday. Com. We paid a little extra to reserve a time slot from 12 to 3 that day because it was a Friday, and we wanted to be in time for Shabbat. We needed someone quick. Rodney came at 5 minutes to 12. He was phenomenal. It turned out that there was a part broken, and he had to go to 2 places to find it. He rebuilt our FCC system and told us that we have the best heating unit available. We have had it for a long time. Rodney did a really good job, and he was finished at 3. He didn't leave until he was sure it was working. He was really nice. This is the first time we have ever used him, and I would recommend them. We even signed up for their yearly inspection. more

OutToday was fast and accurate. I called Day and Night, and this was the group that came out. Under the cabinet there was an air gap between the dish washer and the garbage disposal, it had been ripped out by someone, and they fixed that. They also looked at the hot water heater's leak and found an easy way to fix it. They finally got our hot water running. They were very clean and neat. more

OutToday team deserve 5 stars for job well done! Gary is the smooth operator who will return any questions, details, conerns asap via email (unheard of most electricians, plumbers.. etc) to coordinate the project to truck along! My apartment needed few odds and ends fixed from kitchen faucet realigning, tile re-coating, brick hole patching, floor and wall junction weatherproofing that the previous contractors neglected to even call me back on and poof, the job was done in two days by OutToday. Impressive! and the price was Oke! I highly recommend the professional, honest and timely mannered team and I will use them again for future improvements! more

Everyone from OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical was really good and very friendly. They answered all my questions when I had them, and they were on time. Everything was done professionally. There was no mess left behind; they cleaned everything up. They did a really good job. They were helpful and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone because I had no problems at all. Half of our power went out, and when we called OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical they came out within 2 hours. They checked everything out right away and told us what needed to be done, as well as giving an estimate. The electrician came out the next day. It took him 2 days to put everything in because he had to special order the living room heater. When I asked him to bring something to lock up the fuse box so that my 4 year old grandson couldn't get in, he was really good about it. He brought me a special fuse box and lock in order to insure that my grandson, who really likes to get into things, would be safe. Both the electrician and the guy who came out the first day were very friendly. OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical said that they will come out twice a year to check everything out in order to make sure it is working. They drain the water heater, and do everything that is needed, to maintain the 10 year warranty. more

The estimator who came out to evaluate the job took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. He was very thorough and professional. We were really impressed with him. We had to have LED lights installed in the ceiling, and he mentioned that there could be a problem with the existing cans. But it tuns out the technician who came out did not have to carve holes at all. So, they installed four new can lights, and everything turned out perfect. The electrician was quick and professional. He would actually hold a cardboard box in one hand so he could catch shavings as he cut with his other hand. He was very conscientious about not making a mess. We were pretty impressed. more

These guys are completely insane! Two OutToday ""electricians"" came out to address a baseboard heater that was sparking and popping in my house. After dawdling around for 20 minutes, inventorying my home's equipment, and removing the cover from the baseboard, the technician announced that my ""baseboard has failed."" Um, thanks for that insight. The guy clearly wasn't a real electrician and had no clue what was wrong with the heater. They spent another 20 minutes in their truck, writing up ""solutions"" for the problem. Presented them to me with a price tag of $6,500 to replace all baseboards in my house (though only one was failing) and a ""band-aid"" fix of $1,300. After immediately ushering them out, I located a REAL electrician (The Circuit Detective) who band-aid fixed the problem for $80 and will replace the baseboard for $80. Cost of actual baseboard at Home Depot? $65.00. There is no reasonable excuse for $6,500 for total replacement of the six baseboard heaters in my house. Beware of these salesmen who masquerade as electricians. They will rob you blind. more

I had Outtoday Plumbing come out to my home and replace my toilet in my upstairs bathroom, and fix my leaking sink in the kitchen. The customer service rep was very nice from starters: she explained how they charged and the prices for them coming out. Due to me having surgery on my left ear i could barley hear and she was very patient with me. Once the technician arrived to my home he had his shoe covers on his clip board and his tools I can say he was ready to work. He sat me down and went over all the options I had to choose from. He diagnosed that my toilet had a crack in it, and that's what was causing it to leak. I figured that much I mean it was 15yrs old. So i agreed to replace it with a new one. Then for the kitchen sink there was a few fixtures that was not properly sealed. In the future I'll most definitely call OUTTODAY PLUMBING for any issues I come across. more

Everything was good with OutToday. They showed up on schedule and did the work. They installed the equipment, answered all our questions, and were pleasant and helpful. The installers knew their business. They did excellent work. We had OutToday put in a new air conditioner and furnace. I can only say the best things about them. Rodney, Mike, and, as my wife says, Courteous Chris, were the main installers for the unit. There were also 1 or 2 other helpers that came and went throughout the project. I would recommend them highly for anything. The experience was absolutely super in every aspect. We may very well call them again for service in the future. more
