Review content:
We got a card for a furnace inspection from OutToday. Com, but I put it aside. On December 31st all of a sudden I was feeling really cold, and I realized that the heater was only giving out cold air. I couldn't figure out why it was not working, so I quickly found the card and called OutToday. Com.
We paid a little extra to reserve a time slot from 12 to 3 that day because it was a Friday, and we wanted to be in time for Shabbat. We needed someone quick. Rodney came at 5 minutes to 12. He was phenomenal. It turned out that there was a part broken, and he had to go to 2 places to find it.
He rebuilt our FCC system and told us that we have the best heating unit available. We have had it for a long time. Rodney did a really good job, and he was finished at 3. He didn't leave until he was sure it was working. He was really nice. This is the first time we have ever used him, and I would recommend them. We even signed up for their yearly inspection.
