I always received excellent service from Ourisman. In a time where every dollar counts and i could not use non dealer alternatives, I dont hesitate to return to Ourisman for service as I know I will get top notch advice/service from my dealership to anyone I know who has a VW in need of service. The service advisors at this dealership seem to have my best interest at heart when servicing my Toureg and as you know this is a difficulty vehicle to stay on top of. Alex, Mike and all the dealership advisors go above and beyond to accommodated all their customers and do the best they can to make the customer situation as affordable and pleasent as possible. more

It's nice to know that there is still good customer service 4/11/2011

I would like to take a second and thank Ourisman VW / Mike Ruth for getting me back on the road the evening I stopped at their facility. I was having issues one day while driving home from work ( I live 65miles north) - looked up the dealership online and figured I would see if they could help - I was back on the road within the hour.. Come to find out it was a recalled part that caused the issues, which didnt cost me a dime... It's nice to know that you can still find good customer service... more

I had a great buying experience 2/18/2011

The dealership was great; friendly, clean, kind and they had the exact car I wanted in stock. The buying experience was great too. Marshall was very nice, explained everything to me extremely thoroughly and answered every question I had. He was nice enough to feed me too since the day was long and I had to run to work right after purchasing the car. I would recommend this dealership and Marshall specifically to any friends. more

We use Ourisman for servicing our Hondas. JD made contact immediately after receiving my email request for a price through an online pricing service a couple of weeks before I was ready to buy; he was very helpful throughout. It took a long time at the dealership (6 hours!), but we got the car we wanted, which they had to get from another dealer up in Baltimore. more

being a long time customer at ourisman, previously tischer, i always feel welcome. mike, with whom i've developed a working relationship with, always takes excellent care of me and treats me with respect. i feel as though i'm in good hands when dealing with mike and though i know it's not always possible, i'm always pleased when charlie is my technician. thanx for making me feel welcome and taking good care of my 'girls'! the box above marked N/A was done so because this service was just a routine oil change - pretty straight forward, but i trust if i had had any questions, mike would've been right there with an answer...... more

Honest and friendly, even to a woman 12/20/2010

Recently, I took my vw passat in for a routine oil change. Thanks to the expert staff, they found a problem with my car that I didn't even know I had! I am thankful that Alex was able to walk me through the problem and explain what was wrong. As a woman, it can be easy to feel duped in auto shops, but Alex is so honest and friendly that I trust he is giving me the full info about my car. I wish my car was not at the point of needing serious maintenance, of course, but I'm glad that my family can trust the Ourisman VW Laurel staff to help us navigate our car issues. Thanks! more
