being a long time customer at ourisman, previously tischer, i always feel welcome. mike, with whom i've developed a working relationship with, always takes excellent care of me and treats me with respect. i feel as though i'm in good hands when dealing with mike and though i know it's not always possible, i'm always pleased when charlie is my technician. thanx for making me feel welcome and taking good care of my 'girls'! the box above marked N/A was done so because this service was just a routine oil change - pretty straight forward, but i trust if i had had any questions, mike would've been right there with an answer......
