Unhappy 8/17/2016

I'm 69 years old and I am retired my love of my animals is caring for them and keeping them healthy. I use my SS check to take care of their needs. I have taken all my dogs and cats to this Ottawa Veterinary Hospital when they needed care,or shots. I had saved money to get my 7month old dog neutered. I had been told one price before going there, and after getting there addition add on prices. I left with my dog. Unhappy!! I Will Never Go Back more

Great Vets 5/21/2012

I have been using Ottawa Veterinary services for 12 years. I have always gotten great service. They are very caring and compassoniate. I have never felt they did not have time to treat my pet or that my pet was not their priority. Until recently they were the most reasonable priced vet around. They have recently increased their prices which has really hit my pocketbook, but I will continue to use them. Front desk attitude has improved dramatically in the last year. As they continue to make changes, I hope they keep Saturdays as a first come first serve. more

The prices are not what keeps ths place in business, I know because I have been going here every day for 8 years. Its called dedication. The Doctors work 6 days a week and usually don't get their lunch hour, they are always busy because they are that good and they keep the prices low. These are good people and they give their all in what they do and deserve all the credit in the world for it. A lot of children wouldn't have a best friend because the prices are affordable and thats what its all about. Its really sad when the only thing that people have time to do is complain and they don't pay attention to the big picture. more

One vet not trusted 5/18/2010

All the Dr's on staff have been wonderful with the exception of Dr. Garner. He has mis-diagnosed two of my pets, one seriously. I took my old kitty in to be put to sleep. He could not have been less compassionate. I call now before I take my pets in. more

I would jsut say that this vet is "ok". Their prices is what keeps them in business. This is a walk-in clinic that does not take appointments. They treat all types of animals. Their front desk help are not professional and are pretty darn rude! I took my dog in and he was barking at some cats. The receptionist walks out and yelled at me. So, I took my dog outside until they called my name. The vet was pretty nice, though. I really think that if she got some new front desk help, she would be a lot better off. I won't be back anytime soon! more
