Great service 3/28/2014

Ostrom Electrical and Plumbing was very good. They were prompt, on time, got the job done, and cleaned up after. They put in a new fuse box for me. The old fuse box was dangerous and it was for the whole house. While they were at it, they fixed my dryer. I was having trouble with my dryer and it needed a new wire. I don't have to fiddle with it anymore. The prices were reasonable. more

This was my first time using Ostrom Electrical & Plumbing. They fixed a drain for me about 3 weeks ago. So far its okay. They do a neat job but next time I might shop around a little bit, it was a little high. more

Ostrom Electrical & Plumbing has offered me outstanding service. They're very qualified and always do a good job. I've been using them for about two years and have no complaints at all. All of the technicians who I have dealt with are personable, prompt, and professional. They've replaced my water heater and all of my smoke detectors with great care. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend them. more

When our old plumber retired we searched for a new one we would rely on. Ostrom Electrical & Plumbing were the ones we were fortunate to discover. They have done excellent work and live up to their word. I cannot recommend them more highly. more

Ostrom Electrical is one of the best companies I have done business with in many years. Courteous and keeps you informed in all phases of the project. They installed a standby Generator for me as well as other electrical work. Their electrician, Daniel is the best I have seen. Excellent Work and Nice People 1/6/2014

My husband and I recently had several repairs done in our home by Ostrom Electrical. Bob, Jonathan, George and David (plus one more person who, I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) performed the work over two days. All of these men were very professional and very nice. Their work was wonderful! They all took the time to do the work correctly so the repairs will last. We've had some of the same repairs done before. But, we've had to have them done again because time and care were not taken by the former workers to do them the right way. Plus, the Ostrom team cleaned up everything before they left. We would highly recommend Ostom and, especially, Bob, Jonathan, George and David, for your home repairs needs! more

Easy and pleasant and didn't have to do anything but write a check 12/2/2013

I live in a ranch and my washer and dryer are in the basement. My wife has become so disabled, she couldn't go up and down the stairs so we needed to move the washroom upstairs. Ostrom did all the electrical and plumbing. Not only was it well done, it was very neat. more

Ostrom Electrical came in a timely fashion, assessed the problem, and took care of it right away. They fixed some issues I was having with a florescent light and then did work on something that would have been a potential fire hazard in the future. They have good customer service. I would definitely recommend them highly. They are very thorough and they make recommendations as to what to do to prevent further issues from occurring. more

I sent Ostrom Electrical a thank-you note just yesterday because I like them so much. For one thing, the service was done completely. We were told exactly what was going to happen before anything was done. Secondly, the people who have been to this house have been such nice people. I would have no problem leaving them in my home with me being gone. They are such Christian people. I can tell that just from interacting with them and witnessing their great customer service. more

We have had most of our repairs done by family or friends in the past. This was our first time using a service/repair company. My husband found Ostrom on-line and read customer reviews. We decided to call and we were NOT disappointed! Jason came out and provided professional, quality service. Wayne was courteous and professional.
