One of the top Shushi restaurants in Utah and surrounding states; in this geographic location we don't care if the chef is Korean, Japanese, or American, as long as the food is better than anything else we have access to. I've spent twice as much for half the quality at most places in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, and Wyoming. If these guys made their food so it tasted authentic Japanese, they would be out of business in a week. I'm going back again tomorrow.
Pros: The food.
Cons: Ambience is acceptable, location is acceptable.
