Beware of this office. Dr. Rokiki is ""okay"". I went there as a referral from the ER because I had multiple fractures in my foot. Obviously I wasn't his only patient but when you see a doctor once a week, you would think he would remember who you were after a few visits. The initial entry into the office is very cold. The receptionist is the most passive aggressive person I've ever met and the back office staff is not much better. They tell you paperwork filled out by the physician will be handled within 3-5 days. More like 7 days and they still would not have handled the paperwork had I not been calling the office every 5 minutes, literally. This 7 days cost me a paycheck because of short disability paperwork. AND they didn't care. Beware of this office and if you go....good luck. more

We loved the doctor that we worked with (no longer with Orthopedic Surgery Associates). However, as the other reviewer talked about, I think the practice does not do it's job on behalf of the patient. We also had a surgical assistant that was used but not covered by insurance. The surgery also took place at a hospital that was out of network. We were not informed of this before surgery. We were only told that the insurance company had been notifed and that EVERYTHING was covered. This resulted in $10,000 out of pocket. Had we been correctly informed, we could have used the same surgeon and just chosen a different hospital. The pratice was only interested if their portion was covered. They will not however inform you if there are any other out of network costs. Be aware, ask questions, and do your own research with your health insurance carrier. more

Dr Rokiki has served our family for the past 15 years when my daughter repeatedly fractured her elbow ( ages 4-8). We had only positive experiences. Recently I went to the office and was seen by Dr. McDonough for a foot problem. In 40 minutes I was X-rayed, evaluated, taught, and treated by the good doctor. We even talked about other issues, like his family and mine! I am so impressed! And the teaching I received gave me choices of 3 different treatment approaches! Dr. Rokicki operated on me for a broken ankle and screwed a small piece of bone on my ankle. Now I have pain all the way up to my knee. I didn't even have this pain when I broke the ankle. more

Dr Rokicki is the most compassionate and highly qualified orthopedic surgeon I know. I would travel from anywhere in the world to receive my care from him. He and his courteous staff are tops. There are two surgeons and two offices to service you. I am not a commercial supporter, just a competent judge of medical care, with clinical and health administration professional training and a patient of his for more than 15 years. His outcomes are excellent and he is a jewel to work with. He will actually talk to you as a patient and look you in the eye, unlike many docs who talk to a chart and run a ""mill"". A real treasure in my book! Book an appointment with confidence. He'll treat you like a person, not a chart or a ""case"". Pros: Compassionate Caring Physicians and Staff Cons: Sometimes the emergencies get the best of the schedule as with any good surgeon. more
