I would never, ever do business with these folks again. Inept salesman failed to give us over $50 worth of products in his distraction, and then owner/licensee accused us of fraud...

I went to the Oreck store recently because I had always been curious about it when going to Bed Bath and Beyond. They actually assisted me 1-on-1 in choosing the right machine for my needs, instead of just watching me look around. The salesman that I worked with, "Z", answered all of my questions quickly. I wasn't pressured into anything i said i didnt have a use for which is also nice. I ended up picking out a model that swiveled and fit my needs perfectly. Definitely will be a continued customer. more

Terrible place to do business!! Avoid!! 8/28/2006

I would never, ever do business with these folks again. Inept salesman failed to give us over $50 worth of products in his distraction, and then owner/licensee accused us of fraud when we asked for the products. This was after we purchased over $800 of equipment! Unbelievable. I am in process of reporting them to Oreck. more
