I went to the Oreck store recently because I had always been curious about it when going to Bed Bath and Beyond. They actually assisted me 1-on-1 in choosing the right machine for my needs, instead of just watching me look around. The salesman that I worked with, "Z", answered all of my questions quickly. I wasn't pressured into anything i said i didnt have a use for which is also nice. I ended up picking out a model that swiveled and fit my needs perfectly. Definitely will be a continued customer.
