Very poor customer service. Order processing took over a week for a simple vacuum bag. Then item got lost by USPS (not their fault of course). Called about tracking it down and they were very dismissive. Said they would file a claim, but didn't really seem to care.. No apology. Ordered a replacement and selected UPS. Order was processed fairly quickly, but sent USPS and still charged for UPS rate. Still haven't gotten either item. Called today to complain and they hung up on me and won't answer the phone. I used their online shop vacsrus dot com to order and pay for some vacuum parts. Two days after placing and paying for my order, I received the parts! I emailed their customer service number with a qustion on my other vacuum and I received a response within a matter of minutes! I used their online shop vacsrus to order and pay for some vacuum parts. Their eBay shop is ""Vac Shop North."" Two weeks after placing and paying for my order and shipping, I'd received nothing. So I emailed and called their customer service number (leaving a voicemail). I received no response. I called repeatedly over the next few days and finally received a response via email in which they said they had cancelled my order because of my ""attitude."" I still have to check with Visa to determine whether I will get my money refunded. They never called me back and never indicated at any time whether the shipment was backordered, delayed, en route. Nothing. My ""attitude"" after waiting two weeks for an order that apparently was never shipped and never receiving any communication about the order, was the problem. I think not.
